Day 10: 210 +8 not bad for a recomp so far
Back and abs:
I was real focused today. Pretty much ignored everyone around me and focused on every set and rep. I'm thinking ****s starting to kick in. I did feel a little lethargic this am also. Next week 4ad may take care of this. Balls still there but maybe shrinking a bit
Deads: Still nervous about injury but we got through it
