White Tea / Green Tea

After all, do they increase or decrease testosterone levels? I've found a lot of information about them, but highly contradictory nonetheless, to such an extent that I really don't know whether I would benefit from their use or complicate things instead.

My purpose on this is fat loss. It is known that some catechins contained in either white tea or green tea promote abdominal fat loss. However, I don't want lower test levels as a side effect of it.

Our Green Tea is one of the most potent around :D

SNS Green Tea Ultra
Green Tea Extract 500mg
(Standardized for 90% Polyphenols, 70% Catechins, and 50% EGCG)

The studies on testosterone and green/white tea are VERY weak, whereas the studies on green/white tea and metabolic rate are rather strong. I for one am a proponent of the use of green/white tea. I personally have not observed any decrease in my testosterone (based on my bloodwork) from before I used green tea to the present.

I'm not sold on that information I have been using green tea supplements for years with no apparent issues.

Does anybody here know how I can contact one of the moderators? I can't access my message inbox. I simply can't find it. And I'm also unable to send private messages to anyone. Does anybody have any idea what might have happened?

TBH I am very sceptical about some of the claims regarding Green Tea and other herbal items. There is a crackdown in Europe to stop companies advertising claims that have no scientific evidence - Invalid Link Removed

CLAIMS REJECTED

* apple cider vinegar can improve bowel movement
* the horsetail plant (Equisetum arvense L.) can help maintain normal hair
* green tea is good for blood pressure, cholesterol levels, bones, teeth and eyesight or that it works as an antioxidant
* cranberry juice can reduce the risk of urinary tract infection in women
* the probiotic Lactobacillus plantarum supports the immune system
* sugar-free chewing gum can reduce dental plaque
* glucosamine can reduce the risk of osteoarthritis

There is nothing regarding test levels but without scientific evidence I'm not going to be jumping on the herbal bandwagon in the near future.

Oh nooooo another one of these threads! Just when I thought it was safe and had gotten over my paranoia regarding green tea! Haha ;)

I am having all my blood levels checked in the morning, so we'll see about my test levels - although I have been on a little something known as HCGenerate for 6 weeks, so mmmmmmm.
