you know, I think this past weekend I accomplished less of my planned "stuff to accomplish" list than ever. However, I spent more time with my wife and kids than I usually do on a weekend, particularly spent a lot of time watching futurama with my 3 year old (probably 3-4 hours worth) so in its own ways that was worth more. It was a funny realization, the 3 year old is about at the same as as when my older daughter and I used to sit glued to the tv set sunday nites to watch the new episodes of futurama as they came out...
 
Can anyone recommend a good scale for weighing my bulk supplements? I have the pocket scale that nutra was selling with the cap 'em quick set, but i need to figure out a way to measure out smaller quantities, like 125mg sizes. I want to cap my Forslean, but I'm having difficulty finding the best way.
 
i need such a scale as well, that I can use as a food scale, but also small amount powder scale. as it is, I already look enough like a drug lab to avoid the beam scale
 
I would also like a nice scale sometime this year.
However, I am also somewhat conscious of how my little supplement table might appear to guests or landlords doing a walk through.
 
So I bailed out of work at 11:30 today, and decided to drive down to Baltimore to surprise the gf. And what does she tell me when I get here...that she can't believe I surprised her without letting her know first. Now she is in the shower, because apparently she hadn't showered yet, and therefore felt gross. Which apparently means, Hi Nabisco, thanks for the surprise visit and the christmas presents, but wait here for 15-20 minutes while I take a shower and get pretty :blink::think:

Women make no sense sometimes.

Mt girl is getting the pregnancy crazies I've noticed well, for the last couple of weeks before we even knew she was knocked up. Saying **** like "Hey, lets go to (insert random place)" then as we're leaving she says something like "Should we go? I'm not sure we should go. What do you think?"

I calmly tell her, "I'm in the damn truck, engine running, clean clothes on....YES I want to go."

"Are you sure?"

"YES! Do you want to go?"

"Well yeah. I just want to make sure you want to go too."

"You're crazy."

"You made me this way"

but we kid around a lot too so that kind of makes up for it.

Except at this point, I for one am not getting any (after getting it between 2 and 5x per week for the last year) and its killing me.

Her drive flat lined about 2 months ago (coincidence?) and she has absolutely no desire to even be 1/4 of the way naked.

Meanwhile climbing into bed my junk brushes against the sheets and I'm ready for action.

From what I've read so far, I can put my dinky away for the next year or so.

Patience Doc...her hormones are TOTALLY out of control...she has a human being growing inside her...she's swollen...irritable...etc. etc.

It has only just begun. ;)

....same things happened to me Dr..... doin it like rabbits (obviously the way we got pregnant) and then just nothing.... she eventually started feeling for me and i could get some but at thata point the belly was there and we had to work around that issue... good luck to you and your little man but even now i still have trouble cause now she haw self esteem issues cause of her weight...
 
just saw the tenacious D movie and just have to say to ya'll this movie was hilarious and this vid rocks.. lol.... HAPPY NEW YEAR BOYS!!!
 
I went to see National Treasure with my daughter, went to dinner, cruised around and got home at 11:40PM in time to see the festivities.

Pretty low key. I toasted the new year w/ a little wild turkey on the rocks! :cheers:

DB deadlift or trap bar deadlift so you can get the thighs to parallel

nothing else can really make up for squats

why are you replacing squats?
