man yesterday I almost did speaking of. You ever been stuck on the phone waiting to go to the toilet having it get more and more pressure and not be able to be sure whether it was a fart or not to finally get to run to the bathroom clenched cheeks down the hall just to finally sit down and find out its mostly fart.

Ok, today is back/triceps/calves day. I'm dialed in on back days because thats one area I really am trying to improve. Back thickness isn't half bad, in fact because my back is fairly thick and muscular its disproportional due to my lack of width. So I am focusing on back width. Any suggestions that worked well for you guys? Because these exercises below have been a pretty good staple over the last year and back width really isn't getting to where I want it.

Deadlifts (will always be a staple)

Bent Over Rows

Seated Rows (wide bar) [)====(]

Wide Grip Pullups

I believe closer grip targets the outer back, wider grip: the inner back. (it's sort of the opposite of what you get from different chest press grips)

I tend to go for the closer grip for most back exercises and the growth in width has been good.
 
Not I, I'm happy happy happy due to large amounts of endorphins (sp?) coursing through my body. Hooray for back day, hooray for deadlifts! Now give me another hour or two and I'll be crying with boredom. But until then I'll ride this natural high :cheers:

it is funny how our institutions have changed over time. do the rest of you know they no longer teach handwriting in elementary school?
 
one time I was working in a good vantage point of the libraries computer stations and watched a dude that was looking at porn get busted by one of the security guys

"it keeps popping up" was his excuse

thinking back about it, I'm not sure if he was referring to the porn websites or something else

ya i realized now that i gave everyone a scare, sorry bout that bro.

been outta work for months now and i have been unable to even go to the gym or work out for both financial reasons and a few physcal restrictions (i fear ive done some major damage to my sternum) but im trying to get back into things to get ready for possibly going into the acadamy for state corrections officer.... but still lookin for work in the meantime.

little pooper is friggin awesome, hes 6 months old and the doctor says hes 95% isle for size, in other words hes developed as much as most 9 month olds, he crawls, does rasperries, DRINKS FROM A CUP!, and even though he has no teeth yet his jaws are so darm strong hes started biting clean through his teething cookie/biscuits... definately makes his poppa proud.

so far the only time it seemed to help was this morning. that was taking 170mg of prasterone (ie 1 superdrol NG) about 30 minutes pre 1-t on an empty stomach. then too 220mg of 1-t dumped into sesamin + fish oil, then about 30 min later went to gym. But I dont really notice the lethargy much at the gym anyhow. we'll see how taking it that way this evening goes.

Thats some pretty cool stuff. my younger has been out of diapers for maybe a year now (could be a little more) but in a few months i'll have a fresh one. it will be cool to have another boy in the house tho :D

SSSAAAAAWEEEEEETT! you guys have already been able to determine the sex???

riley was going to be my little girls name at first.... then on my bday of all days we had our second ultrasound, the technician before hand asked us if we would like to know the sex of the baby and we informed her we already knew it was a girl (according to the OBGYN who did the first one) mid way through the ultra sound im watching the screen and then both me and the tech looked at eachother.... he had his legs wide open and it was quite obvious he was a little boy :D :head:

yeah, we went to one of the 3d/4d ultrasound places at 16 weeks and they told us :) Invalid Link Removed we'll go again when he's in the 30 week area, they turn out cool then.

Still no name yet, i'm kinda leaning towards abraham. It has to be a name that neither me or my wife knows and has regular contact with someone with the same name.

hmmm thats quite a tricky set of rules for the name....

we did the 4d as well, BUT the place we went didnt inform us before we drove 70+ miles that its best to get it done around 30 weeks and we were like 33-35 i think.... so he didnt have much room and it was tough to get a good shot cause he was outta room and wass starting to push against the uterine walls, so we got only like half a shot of his face.... i was dissapointed cause ive seen how great they can be.
