Yeah, I suppose I could do like 2 cups of broccoli every 30-45 minutes.
But I'd probably have to go for new groceries every other day and carry a huge tub of vegetables with me everywhere.
Its only 39 cups of broccoli. you get a lot of protein with it too

Maybe you can mega-dose Broccoli and avoid using an AI
Must-have carb sources: green veggies (broccoli, cucumbers, lettuce, spinach, celery, asparagus, etc.)
Can-have carb sources: other veggies (except potatoes), berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, etc.)
Occasional carb sources: Other fruits
Rare carb sources: brown rice, whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, cream of wheat, potatoes, yams
Should-avoid carb sources: white bread, white pasta, oatmeal
Must-avoid carb source: pastries, cookies, candy and any other junk sugary food

icariin is pretty fast to start taking effect tho. but partially placebo too sure. I can't wait for friday's workout, want to see what I do for lat pulldowns when I only need to manage 3 sets of 6![]()
