What is your genealogy?

a non practicing jew tho yes, it did teach me an appreciation for certain food items.
 
so how does that one dude recommend you get your daily, required carb intake from only green vegetables. That's a lot of bulk to consume if you need, say, 180g of carbs for the day.

Yeah, I suppose I could do like 2 cups of broccoli every 30-45 minutes.

But I'd probably have to go for new groceries every other day and carry a huge tub of vegetables with me everywhere.

Can-have carb sources: other veggies (except potatoes), berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, etc.)

Rare carb sources: brown rice, whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, cream of wheat, potatoes, yams

Should-avoid carb sources: white bread, white pasta, oatmeal

Must-avoid carb source: pastries, cookies, candy and any other junk sugary food

He was pretty short with carb sources in this article, but quinoa and buckwheat is a solid carb source.

assuming reasonable weights, thats only 20lbs of broccoli a day. I was trying to think of the densest green vegetable I could. wasn't having much luck.

Not really.

But my heratige is 1/2 Danish and 1/2...ah..well make that 1/4 English and 1/4 possibly Italian.

I claim the Danish. Not the Danish of today, but the Danish of about 1300-1400 when they were mostly Vikings.
 
In addendum tonight was the last night of my Epistane. Scale said 219.6. I'm assuming water and food weight is the difference between tonight and last nights scale numbers. Either way I'm pleased since I started at 206.3.

T'was chest night, and I pushed 5 plates/side on the hammer strength bench for an astounding (for me) 6 reps, and spotted for another 3. Total of 9....I had 4 people watching me do it, and I felt ****ing great when I was done.

One thing I noticed about my leg day on monday night. I must have done something good because my legs were starting to ache before I left the gym, and today they were so sore I couldn't sit. Ass, calves, quads, hams...all of them. I'm thinking the deep hack squats were effective. But with the Epistane this is probably either the 2nd or possibly the 3rd night in 5 weeks that I've had DOMS or even any muscle soreness at all. For the most part I recovered quick as hell. Maybe I'm getting burned out a little from the increased intensity in my work outs.....

Why not the danish of today who make excessive safe cars and hotels carved from ice? or is that some other wacky way too far north group? them ice people are all so hard to tell apart
 
man, 2 doses of drive (3caps each to preload some) and I can feel the difference already. I was missing it so badly since the betas ran out

icariin is pretty fast to start taking effect tho. but partially placebo too sure. I can't wait for friday's workout, want to see what I do for lat pulldowns when I only need to manage 3 sets of 6 :D

I'm not saying drive will make a difference, I just haven't done lat pulldowns in a while, and I always did higher rep count sets
