Got my shipment of taurine and Super Cissus from NP saturday. After going a week with neither my muscles were cramping up pretty bad.
NP hooked me up with a free shaker, 2 samples of Venom Lean Dreams, and 2 samples of some fruity protein powder.
Gonna put down this sample of Venom and hope the bicep cramps and involuntary leg twitchings stop.
Tomorrows leg day. Here's hoping for 5 plates/side on the hacks for reps, and 315 for Romanian deads for reps.
So people are always talking about recomps and recomping.
I've searched all over and I can't for the life of me find out what exactly body recomposing is.

well, no its a recompthe whole idea is to take in maintenance calories, so you aren't gaining or loosing, and doing strength/weight exercises so as to gain muscle
cooli'm now trying to decide when I can use the other stuff. I'm considering only applying to tops of feet, and then keeping my socks separate, even washing them at a laundromat

Still, unless you are a fighter or wrestler who has to make weight. Throw your ghey as scale weight out the window. If I want to her about scale weight I would go to a Jenny Craig or Curves forum.....
