ok, 16 eggs down for the day. yes I should spread them xj, but i also am taking the x-factor caps as well. I figured i'd preemptive strike on that one

strangely (sadly) i'm not. no carbonated beverages, all I drink is water, green tea + coffee, no carbs either. its been eggs, carrots + asparagus as all i've eaten in the 9 hrs i've been awake today sofar
 
yeah right. its lovely. I can't wait to get home and eat a steak or cottage cheese or anything but eggs. I'm almost ready to eat one of those sugar alchohol filled soy bars :D

Well obviously I don't wear the strap with it. But I had a case so when I did not need it, I would put it away.

And at first I thought I was going to choke or gag, but once I got use to it, it was all gravy.

Wow easy youll be growing like a horse on sixteen freaking eggs homie! Thats some serious egg fuel! Results with whole eggs are compared to Dianabol results, no joke
