I got up to 230 lbs (naturally before I ever used mohn or superdrol),this is when I was squatting 405 and had thirty inchquads, now there 25 inches because I dont want them big because my valves are out of proportion with them and im bring up my calves to match by setting up a timer and downer protein shakes in the middle of the night. I got this from Josh Dickenson and Australian friend who is a natural bodybuilder and writer for bodybuilding.com. IT works! I just dotn like interupting my sleep.so if your really after more size set a time in the middle of the night. Jay Cutler does this

A few tips
Get night sleep verses day sleep
Keep sleep environment cool (68-73) I like around 70
Lavender promotes a deep sleep and anxitey reducing
a hot bath before bed relaxes.
Have your protein powder out(and maybe some raw eggs) in the kitchen and go for that instead of the granola bars

No I wouldnt eat a granola bar during the night, I actually think eating just cause I wake up is silly. anything you take in will throw off the sleep mechanisms at that point. maybe 5-10g of bcaas in water would be ok, but I wouldnt even do that. the difference in terms of muscle gains in a week of eating at night vs not would still be insignificant
I can make arguments for both sides. And I know a couple of SXE cats who have pinned.
The main philosophy of SXE is clarity of mind, but some take it further. One of the first SXE songs said "No Drinking, No Smoking, No F**king"
And it has evolved from their, to some people abstaining from caffeine.
I think the bottom line is why are you pinning?

I would have to say in MOST cases yes, it would be. In the US obviously, it's illegal - that alone makes it a sin, since the law is not an immoral law. But then it would be the motivation...in most cases, it's vanity. :bb3:

I say if you are pinning and you stay the same person, I believe you are alright. But if you turn into some piece of crap person, then I would view it differently.

I've had some trouble sleeping when I do BCAA at night. There was some info on leucine competing with tryptophan which may be the reason.
In addendum, yes this is my first Epi run. Never ran something I liked as much as this. I loved running E-Pol, but I can do stuff like sleep on Epistane.
Yes. I started out on a thursday and ramped 10mg, 10mg, 10mg, then 20mg sunday, so Monday was day 1, at 20mg.
Ran that for a week, and went to 30mg, and now week 3 at 40mg.
I can't decide whether to stay at 40mg for week 4-6 or go up 50mg. I don't wanna get greedy.
Agreed...in my case it is. I like the strength aspect, but looking good is a BIG part of it. This is a vane world. People spend tens of thousands of $$$ to get plastic surgery...that, imho, is a sin.
A lot of guys do though, no? They become much more aggressive especially if thye were picked on as kids.

If you are making solid gains at 40, there is no reason to do 50. I doubt the gains will be that much greater, but the sides will be. I know met was doing 50, and his libido was non apparent and the lethargy was brutal for him.

Me, I am doing it for looks, and strength is a big part of it. However, it is more of a self accomplishment and feeling good about myself, so do you consider that vain? I mean I don't go around with the attitude, look at me. In the gym, I wear t-shirts, but most of the time they are long sleeve, and now that is cooling down, I will go back to sporting hoodies in the gym.

I'm the same way...I was fat, unhealthy, smoked, etc...now I love to workout and I look better than I ever have my entire life. I would never want to go back to that lifestyle...especially at my age. But, I wear sleeveless shirts![]()
I like when I tell someone I'm 37 and they're like "really, I would have never guessed that?" But, I am humble (he said proudly) :lol:
I'd rather be covered also. Helps me concentrate on what I'm doing, not what I look like, and doesn't draw attention to me (I just want to complete my workout in peace most of the time). I usually only do the sleeveless when I'm sweating up a storm.
I got a taste of what the gym is going to be like with the heat turned on today, and it's pretty intense. Won't be able to do hoodies, but I think I'll manage with regular t-shirts.

You'd need 2 minimally if you were doing 1 cycle, as 1 would only give you 50mg/day @ 30 days. You need to run at least 75, and possibly even 100. So you could use 2 bottles for a single cycle even. So at least 2, either 3 or 4 if you want enough for 2 cycles or 60 days.
