Which Multivitamin?

I've been using Animal Pak for a while now. Looks to be pretty complete and I've never payed more than $15 so its not too bad.

I've been looking into switching over to Costco's brand, it has the SAME EXACT profile as GNC's mega men. It looks very cost effective although the Animal Pak isn't really expensive to begin with.

The only thing that gets me is that the Animal Pak seems very superior and complete. It just may be the picture and the advertising and such but when you look at the label it does look pretty good I suppose. But I may just switch over the the Costco brand because you don't really feel multi-vitamins working after all.

Is Animal Pak really that good guys? Or does it not really make a difference at all. It's the only one I've ever used so I can't really make a comparison. Has anyone out there used Animal Pak as well as something else?

...I may be over analytical of the entire thing however the multi-vitamin is arguably one of the most important supps...

A good multivitamin is one of the most overlooked things in bodybuilding or any atheletic activity. One of the most important supplements. You cant build a house on air

I would love to get everyone's input on a NP Multi formula. I have the core dosages, but any additions?

wow dsade, that would be great. I would definitely be interested in it. Perhaps maybe a fatty acid complex or green tea. Just the first two to come to mind.

I would definitely switch to NP's Multi Formula if it was availabe. I already know it would be great quality wise as well as affordable. I'd imagine that you'd use them too, Dsade. But what kind are you using in the meantime until the NP's are available?

Currently Nows Adam. this is more organic than most. ASt's Multi pro 32x is the most potent Multi i have taking but i didn't want it with that much vit A in it. Nows Adam has ZMA in it, by SNAC. I like it better than all the others ive taking which include, shaklee's vit-lea, ON, and a million others.

Thanks a lot Smeton for the response. There seems to be a lot of positive feedback on the NOW Adam. I think I'm going to have to give it a run.

as for the Vitamin A..... i dont see why so many different supp companies would put that much in the vitamin if it wasnt safe. JMO

one that follows the model that takes in both needs of interest to men's health and in higher dosages for men who exercise or with active lifestyles. and i think something with a few antioxidants other than the vitamin/mineral variety and cardiovascular supps would also be beneficial.

that would be really great at NP!

I would just stick to the core dosages and have a good mineral profile, and put into capsule form, I don't trust the tablets. I see alot of multi's have extra's in them but there isn't enough to do anything. I would focus on replacating as best possible the AOR ortho core, minus the phytonutrients, maybe add something like bioperine that can help with absorbtion. I have not found one multi vitamin/mineral that is basic without all the extra's, this would probably help keep cost down. I will be looking foward to this?

This is my favorite multivitamin costs a bit more but worth it.

Check out the profile, dsade think you can make a replica of this MV

i'm kinda surprised no one has mentioned New Chapter multis. They're whole food based, which I think has had a positive impact on how well they are utilized(just my opinion)...I've tried GNC stuff, AST MultiPro, and generics, i like New Chapter Every Man the best.
