SNS. Did anyone say this yet?

The SNS 501 tub is what I use. Lasts about three months, I tak a month off and buy another.

On a side note, I would love to see the 501 series expanded, its very convenient for capped products.

I have not tried anything other than bulk nutraplanet. Is the SNS better and if so, why. If it is, I will get this next!

so you got to cycle of beta alanine? plus isnt beta alanine like cheating yourself? because once you are offf it, then you are back to doing the same amount of weights as you were doing before without taking beta alanine.

Nutra's bulk BA is fine. You can keep using it if you like it. The SNS BA is capped, which is good if you like your stuff capped. But any bulk powder from a quality company is good as well. I'm currently using Omega Sports' bulk BA.

Beta alanine does not need to be cycled. At least not that we know of yet, but it's most likely safe for year-round usage. I think most guys just like to get off of everything from time to time. I don't, but I think most guys do.

What does capped mean? I can find the process to cap supplements, but what does it mean as far as why the process is done or what effect it may have on the end result compared to not capping?

It's just putting it in pill (cap) form so you don't have to taste it when you take it. A lot of powders taste pretty bad just mixing them in water or other drinks / food. Makes it easier to transport too. End result is the same.
