Whey Protein Inquiry

I am currently taking whey protein for 1 week, just want to ask you guys if i should take whey protein during the none training days. thanks in advance.

Yes, most to use it on nonWO days also. Alwasy good to have protein intake high. Never rely on i though. Maybe on nonWO days a mid day one for a quick protein fill (with a meal) and definetly one right before bed.
Others will prolly chime in and you will prolly get many responses.
 
Yeah dude, you should definately be getting 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per lb. of bodyweight everyday. How you get that is ultimately up to you.

Whole food is optimal but that's not always possible/convienent, so a quick whey shake or three always helps.
 
you should always be taking protein, training and non training days. most protein should come from your diet, but getting that much (should be 1.5-2 g per lb. of bodyweight everyday) means eating ALOT. so to help get that much you can make a few protein shakes throughout the day. you will not grow without lots of protein
 
Whey protein is an easy way to add protein to your diet; just how much you need is debatable. There's many articles out there advocating different levels of protein requirements.
