Where to obtain literature on CKD/Keto diet?

I have heard a lot about this diet,but nothing on where i can get my hands on something to read that is more in depth instead of just hearing about other peoples results.

That is a good diet plan, but not exactly Keto. Carbing up with 200g carbs every three days is far from CKD. Good plan none the less, I used it for a while this spring. I like the very structured nature of the plan as well as the basic info layed out at the begining.

Just google cyclic ketogenic diet
 
here ya go Invalid Link Removed ... I believe he also has a book written on it, but that should be enough to get you started. Also check out the anabolic diet by maurio dipasquale, another good keto diet

also check out the sticky in this forum titled lyle mcdonalds body opus pages, there is some links inthere for the CKD diet
 
I hate to say it but bb.com has some good posts that need to be read, as well as knowledgeable people to hear out.
