I ask because the only real difference between the two formulations is customs has 5g of l-methionine while 1fasts has .45g of l-methionine.

It supposed to be 500mg. I think an extra 0 was added. Otherwise it would be larger then a 12.5gram serving

I certainly understand that. I was saying it mostly as a way for people to distinguish why CNW's mix has less of everything. The serving size is smaller.
