nah, my family came in around early 1900s, from italy and eastern europe, both sides thru NY, the whole ellis island thing. As legal immigrants, not as criminals....

yeah, in college I used to buy weed and other substances from unlicensed pharmacists....
 
so today so far (at 12pm) i'm at around 150g protein, 150g carbs, and 30-40g fat. Its fun trying to see how much I can stuff in and keep it all clean as my ramp up right before the PAL contest

Should be interesting. I stalled out at 197 while you were on vacation (well before too, was at that for almost 3 weeks), so decided to start upping calories and start more of a recomp / lean bulk instead, and maybe do part of the contest as a cut again
 
yeah, sometimes you have to shake things up, especially after all the weight you lost in a short time span. Good luck in the contest.

Nice. I'm finding the trick to mass quantity eating of clean food is to eat slowly, chew a lot, and just be patient with it all. I just started a pretty big increase in diet and sometimes I'm eating a meal over the course of more than 30 minutes.

Anyone got other tricks to get through constantly stuffing yourself with food?

Yeah, if the voters are predominately male, I think the default choice goes to the female candidate...I know I would probably do that if had no previous interaction with the contestants. But I'm sure if you let us know when voting occurs, the man whores would assemble for you.

I been thinking of doing some weird ****. Like take Neovar +wms shake on one day and the next use some AI's (this are m options Rebound realoaded, hyperdrol x2, AdvancedPCT, Restore). Im kind of concerned on estrogen related problems, since i plan on using one day and the other Neovar. I liked the gains i get from Neovar + WMS but the fat feeling its kind of weird. But im happy yesterday i did Bicep/tricep my arms fully pumped were 17.5 Inches.

Any comments , suggestions ? ? ?

I was at 3500cals (mostly quality cals 40/40/20) for a while and it was a struggle. I felt like I was gonna blow up half the time!
 
my trick now to the mass feeding is making sure I'm drinking an 8oz glass of fruit juice with each meal, so thats say 4 @ 100cal each (no sugar added of course), eating 2-3 bannanas a day, plus 2-3 of the EAS carb advantage protein bars. Thats on top of 3-4 300-400 cal meals a day, using south beach diet wraps + salads, or cookign stuff myself. Plus a couple tablespoons of fish or flax or coconut oil a day.
 
to recap that in one sentence, I never really stop eating all day long, and have the kitchen/pantry well stocked with complex carb and/or high protein snacks

do you take the wms + neovar together? maybe if you try neovar on an empty stomach then a little delay, maybe 30 minutes before the wms, it will help with the bloated feeling.

Except, right now I am taking creatine monohydrate + wms together in the morning and don't feel bloated yet. Possibly it's fine to take them together, and in the morning before any food consumption.

As for the AIs, I don't think you're going to notice much of an effect like that, unless the dose is pretty high, and I usually don't like going high on the AI. But for some I would be more willing to than others (like the 6-bromo ones)

I was planning on taking the AIs early way separete from my Neovar dosages but i dont know if its worth it the last time i took an supps that mimics insulin and a AI they didnt do ****. I just wasted product for 1.5 months.

Yeah, I don't think the AI is a good choice unless it's being used with/after something that will be causing you excess excess estrogen from aromatase activity.
 
i wish i would had bought alot of Active when it was on sale. I might have to get some activate Xtreme and MassFX
 
hmm thats odd. I like neovar way better than pslin or yellow gold. I take the carbs with neovar rather than after. the pulsing idea is ok, there is some sketchy evidence that doing creatine only on workout days is as effective long term as doing cycling of it. you might want to try something other than WMS tho, something more of a solid food, or maybe try just plain maltodextrin. I take in anywhere from 30-80g of carbs with neovar, depending on the meal. More often on the low side
 
I can see the pulse of Neovar/WMS having some benegits if it falls in line with workout days.

Well the purpose of a pulse cycle is to minimize the negative sides.

But more importantly we are talking about Zombie, who mega doses everything. Dood is popping handfuls of sh1t and wonder why he is bloated.

Maybe only take WMS on workout days, otherwise take the NeoVar and the recommended dosage for your weight with some oats or something????

As far as your hormones, it might be a good idea to let your body get back to Homeostasis...You were popping 3-AD, the all kinds of ish for PCT. Now it is time to give your body a brake. As far as AI's eat some Broccoli and Cauliflower.
 
I was going to say, pretty soon we will be seeing this post from Zombie

The last two days I have had a shrunken penis. It is flaccid, kind of rubbery feeling, had difficulting getting and maintaining an erection last night. (I have never had this probelm before.) I have no other effects good or bad.

But then I remembered this post

I been noticing that my penis feel softer and it kind of takes alil more time to get hard with out using Aspire, this wasnt an issue a few weeks backs. Yesterday i was in a sitiation were i would be hard as a rock in just seconds but i noticed blood flow but not to get a full hard on.

i dont drink a lot just this few weekends, i got new friends that like to eat out alot and drink soo i have to make a sacrifice and let them take me to lunch and buy me beer
