Let me know when you are ready to win the PAL Transformation contest. I have some wokrouts for you. I think you know your macros when it comes dieting, we just need to work on the 'optimum' amount of calories that keeps the metabolism revving...

I'm definitely doing better with higher complex carbs earlier in the day, tapering off as the day goes by, with no carbs after 4pm or so


I think i'm good at around 1800, or even cycling with days ranging from 1600-2200.

well im @ my pffice right now i jut got here. so its not that bad if i could get up eat breakfast and take a shower and drive to work.:p

lets get started on looking at this sooner rather than later, as I may have to modify parts based on what is available at my gym
 
sucky part is i'm going to be on that biz trip in denver the first week. I think i'll have a 24 hour fitness pass available. The harder part will be food, i'll have to stop in a grocery store to stock up on bars + RTDs I guess.

Just moved my company's data center et. al. this weekend. I think I lost 4 lbs.... sigh. Lack of food, way too much cardio / lifting = muscle loss.
 
Muscle gains are comign nicely here/ Ijust started Cissus-Beta Alanine(previously did Ba for twelve weeks, took a break) now Im back on . Looking forward to the Cissus benifits

I'm loving my cissus and beta alanine here. Since I've been hammering the cissus, not a single joint has popped and my knees are now rock solid. I was getting squat/cardio knee joint blues previously.
