Sorry I left after yesterday. Was expecting a few replies in the first 10 seconds like usual and then i saw no one was viewing :think: Kinda scared me so I ran away from the computer.
But as far as the lift yesterday , my preworkout was:
4 IXL Caps
4 RPM Caps
1 Serving of SteelEdge
3 Caps of 5-Tetra
3gms roughly GMS
Good goood stuff, can't wait to see my numbers on chest/tri day with this setup.

XJ, i got another one of ur chest workouts today, gonna be brutal...do u recommend switching it up, like last week i did incline db, should i choose a diff exercise this week?

Cool, ill stick w/the incline db...i actually had some slight increases from week 1 to week 2, damn this workout is tiring, i usually leave soaked in sweat![]()
Aim to increase every workout, whether it is weight or adding another rep!
