Just had the absolute best workout of my life!! It was Back/Bi day.


Just so happened to be the first day I try my RPM samples..coincidence? ;)

Hey Myth, wanted to thank you for the tip on the RPM. I've been taking two on waking and four pre-workout. I had a great session last night, I had an endless amount of energy. I only dosed three caps today for an off day, I ended up doing 30 minutes of intervals this afternoon to burn off some energy. It was like five hours later and I was still feeling it. The only other stim I'm taking is yohimbine, took 10mgs this morning. Good advice on the dosing, so far so great!
 
Sorry I left after yesterday. Was expecting a few replies in the first 10 seconds like usual and then i saw no one was viewing :think: Kinda scared me so I ran away from the computer.


But as far as the lift yesterday , my preworkout was:

4 IXL Caps
4 RPM Caps
1 Serving of SteelEdge
3 Caps of 5-Tetra
3gms roughly GMS


Good goood stuff, can't wait to see my numbers on chest/tri day with this setup.

I literally was just attacking the weights, I was getting impatient everytime I was resting between sets.

That's how I felt too...you just wanted to hit the next set!!! Then you don't want to leave the gym!!!

the new anabolic is crazy. new high weights for me in almost everything

I can not wait for this, I've been following your thread on it and it sounds like the sh8t...

For now I'm doing the RPM following Myth's dosing schedule and it is feeling great! Only lifted once so far, on Saturday, and it really helped push me through. I did a HIIT cardio session yesterday and felt like I could go forever, it was definitely the RPM. I am stim tolerant and have taken just about every stim possible, this is some strong stuff but it has other qualities that are hard to describe...it's not a jittery stim, more of an energy stim if that makes sense...
 
XJ, i got another one of ur chest workouts today, gonna be brutal...do u recommend switching it up, like last week i did incline db, should i choose a diff exercise this week?

Speaking of chest. My last workout, first of this 4 week phase was brutal.

Since I am nursing a hurt wrist I figured I would go light on my bench; albeit, it was wide-grip to neck.
