the caesar clue's totally wasted my time
being able to compare the old string and his modified one is what I think helps the most
if you just looked at the groupings of letters that changed and the spacing at which they occurred, then the 8x8 thing made it pretty obvious

Well, I started doing searches on historical codes, thats what got it. But I mean the pencil part, it really is something noone should go to the gym without. If you aren't keeping track, you aren't bodybuilding, you are just exercising

and I mean I spent a lot of time shifting each letter by an offset, but keeping it's position the same, which what I thought a caesar cipher was, but it's something else

I keep track from home usually, I write down the numbers there and take it with me in case I forget, but no pencil at the gym for me!

And what i mean is, he hit on an important thing some people forget..

What is the most important piece of equipment for bodybuilding? - a pencil

Really, I always thought it was a pen? When taking down data you always write in pen so it can't be modified without someone noticing. You know, it's easy to 'change' graphite numbers :)

Besides a good archival quality pen won't bleed when the paper gets wet either.

Besides, I've snapped a pencil in half after a good set of squats before hehhehehe.

I always keep a log...I write everything down at the gym. I'm one of the few that does. The guys at the gym are always screwing around with me about writing in my diary! :D

Dear Diary,

Today I looked in the mirror and I am getting more ripped. I'm going to be so huge! I just wish eveyone would stop picking on me about the acne. They are just jealous that they didn't win valuable Applied Nutriceuticals products. That and that my hair is prettier.

See you later diary,

I'm a Field Marshall!!! Nice!!!

Field Marshal Wil...has a nice ring to it!

Accurate?

pretty much, this part is as close as it gets to describing me

ENFJs are the benevolent 'pedagogues' of humanity. They have tremendous charisma by which many are drawn into their nurturant tutelage and/or grand schemes. Many ENFJs have tremendous power to manipulate others with their phenomenal interpersonal skills and unique salesmanship. But it's usually not meant as manipulation -- ENFJs generally believe in their dreams, and see themselves as helpers and enablers, which they usually are.

ENFJs are global learners. They see the big picture. The ENFJs focus is expansive. Some can juggle an amazing number of responsibilities or projects simultaneously. Many ENFJs have tremendous entrepreneurial ability.

Mine is pretty close...I'm a little more compassionate that this makes me soind though! LOL

ENTJs have a natural tendency to marshall and direct. This may be expressed with the charm and finesse of a world leader or with the insensitivity of a cult leader. The ENTJ requires little encouragement to make a plan. One ENTJ put it this way... "I make these little plans that really don't have any importance to anyone else, and then feel compelled to carry them out." While "compelled" may not describe ENTJs as a group, nevertheless the bent to plan creatively and to make those plans reality is a common theme for NJ types.

What's ISTP? Accurate?
The Portrait of the Crafter Artisan (iStP)

The Crafter Artisans are not only concrete in speech and utilitarian in getting things done, they are also directive and attentive in their social roles. Though directive like their Promoter counterparts, their directiveness is leavened by a good deal of attentiveness and seclusiveness. They do not approach strangers readily, but once in contact do not hesitate to tell them what to do. And they can be quite forceful in this, such that others tend to do their bidding.

Like the other Artisans, Crafters live a life of artful action, but their particular nature is most easily seen in their mastery of tools of any and all kinds, from microscopic drill to supersonic jet, from potter's wheel to grand piano, from a camera to a clarinet. Sometimes Crafters will use their body as a tool. A tool is any implement that extends or varies our human powers -- vehicles, musical instruments, cutting devices, and weapons are just four of the many categories of the tools that surround us. Most of us use tools in some capacity, of course, but Crafters (only ten per cent of the general population) are the true virtuosos of tool work, with a natural ability to command tools, to bend them to their wishes, and to become adept at all the crafts requiring tool skills. Even from an early age Crafters are drawn to tools as to a magnet; tools fall into their hands demanding use, and they must manipulate them. Indeed, if a given tool, whether scalpel or earthmover, is operated with a precision that defies belief, that operator is likely an Crafter.

Like their fellow SPs, ISTPs are fundamentally Performers (note the capital 'P' :-)), but as Ts their areas of interest tend to be mechanical rather than artistic like those of ISFPs, and unlike most ESPs they do not present an impression of constant activity. On the contrary, they lie dormant, saving their energy until a project or an adventure worthy of their time comes along--and then they launch themselves at it. The apparently frenzied state that inevitably ensues is actually much more controlled than it appears--ISTPs always seem to know what they're doing when it comes to physical or mechanical obstacles--but the whole chain of events presents a confusing and paradoxical picture to an outsider.

fairly accurate for me

ISTJs are very loyal, faithful, and dependable. They place great importance on honesty and integrity. They are "good citizens" who can be depended on to do the right thing for their families and communities. While they generally take things very seriously, they also usually have an offbeat sense of humor and can be a lot of fun - especially at family or work-related gatherings.

The ISTJ is not naturally in tune with their own feelings and the feelings of others. They may have difficulty picking up on emotional needs immediately, as they are presented. Being perfectionists themselves, they have a tendency to take other people's efforts for granted, like they take their own efforts for granted. They need to remember to pat people on the back once in a while.

ISTJs are likely to be uncomfortable expressing affection and emotion to others. However, their strong sense of duty and the ability to see what needs to be done in any situation usually allows them to overcome their natural reservations, and they are usually quite supporting and caring individuals with the people that they love. Once the ISTJ realizes the emotional needs of those who are close to them, they put forth effort to meet those needs.

ISTJs have an excellent ability to take any task and define it, organize it, plan it, and implement it through to completion. They are very hard workers, who do not allow obstacles to get in the way of performing their duties. They do not usually give themselves enough credit for their achievements, seeing their accomplishments simply as the natural fulfillment of their obligations.
