you need to pull the ole "lemee take a pic with the camera phone so I can put it with your number" next time so you can share. us old married pricks need to live vicariously somehow

that sounds like a plan i hope that my gf doesnt come to visit today, she called me really early today(something that she doesnt do alot) and told me she wanted to come but she didint know if she could.:ntome: i need to get her in to the letting me have several girls thing. I can go to strip clubs alone or with her, she would let me pick up a girl in a bar and just make out but as long as i go back home with her and not asking or giving phone #, but she wont let me have girls on the side :(

I'm married to a half italian half puerto rican who grew up in Hato Rey (small city not too far from san juan), her family didnt move to the continental US till she was 14 or 15. She can't cook worth a crap btw.

That's cool. My ex-wife is PR too...she can't cook either :D

My family is Cuban. Tampa has one of the oldest Cuban communities in the US...dating back to the 1800's. The delicious Cuban Sandwich was created in Tampa :food:

I do enjoy eating in the columbia. plus there are a few other cuban places that are nice as well scattered around. Cheap too. puerto ricans do a few things much nicer tho. Morsilla and yuca pastelles have no equal :)

I am no fan of blood sausage  Never had the yuca pasteles. I do like a good arroz con gandules. Does her family make "cocito" for Christmas? That's good stuff :head:

Nah, generally I do thanksgiving + christmas here. Most of the time when we do go to one of their houses its pretty boring chow wise, just pork chops, black beans + white rice, salad. not even good platanos.

I hear memory is the 2nd thing to go :stick:

No clue what arancitas are? But I bet you make a mean deep fried turkey! :head:

Funny enough never deep fried one, wife won't let me buy a frier that big. Last 2 years it was on the rotissierie on the grill tho (its plumbed to the house gas, so no tanks!)

That must be good too..my buddy bought a big fryer and I have never had tastier turkey in my life! Of course, you could deep fry a shoe and I'd eat it! LOL

this year I think it will be cedar plank salmon on the grill, plus something else meatwise. Not sure what yet, I've got time to decide. maybe a pork loin. I'm tired of turkey :)

Whats your current cycle again ? 1-ad / 4-ad?

I love salmon...IF it's cooked properly. I hate over cooked fish. When I make it I crisp up the skin nicely and leave it med or med/rare. I love sushi too....to many people think of fish sticks or filet o fish when they think of fish...oh well, more for us :D

Pork loin is good, but can get very dry. But, it sounds like you know how to marinade so I'm sure it will be good:thumbsup:

I passed on the 4-ad, cuz I couldn't spray the transdermal twice a day, so I'm stacking the 1AD w/ DHEA and ATD. 300mg/300mg/and 50mg. Quite honestly, I saw some results the 1st week, but nothing really since. I'm bumping up the 1AD to 600mg on Mon and dropping the GBC. I'm taking in about 3000 cals a day +/-...may up that as well.

I wanted more of a recomp, but it's not working :D It may be that the 1AD had lost some potency. Been sitting in my fridge since the ban.

I like SBDP's.

And when was the ban? 2003? I'm not an expert, but that doesn't seem like too long. Does it have a date stamped on it for expiration or anything? The things I have recently show a date 3 years from now that's probably the recommended max shelf time.

I'm now back to pondering scrapping my plans for Epistane/revolt and doing a 1-test/test base transdermal when I finally do a cycle :D

I forgot to add that its wild caught alaskan salmon, I can't eat atlantic or farm raised at home anymore. usually dont have a choice at restaurants sadly. for the salmon its damp cedar plank, light salt + pepper, quick rub of evoo and a couple drops balsamic vinegar. with planking you do cook it a little more than medium rare. I did some nice tuna last week pan fried crusted in someting I dont recall now :D maybe dried garlic? and it was in the pan just enough to color the outside :D that greyish brown on the outside and nice red in the middle

Yeah...I had to think about that one for a bit! :D

The expiry date is 4/07 on mine. I've had them in the fridge since 1/03...along with the 1-ad I have 4 spray bottles of 4-ad, 1 of MDHT, and 1 M1T that I will never use.

I love seared Tuna! That's salmon sounds really good.

mostly the hepatoxicity, and well hey, its even "naturaler" to do direct test. its not some offbeat something my body doesn't produce, I could do it as low dose like homestyle TRT :) I've got time now tho, i've decided i'm going to wait a little while yet at least. No sooner than maybe feb/march. that gives me 2 more good 8 week cycles of something after the leviathan/incarnate is over.

Don't go too low on the test or you'll get the sides but no anabolism. No clue on trans min, but pinning min is 500mg a week for a standalone.

yeah, if I go that way, i'll meticulously work it out then :) But with the wife pregnant, and then infant in the house, I doubt i'll want to do transdermal for a few years just for fear of contact. That I guess is why the 1ad oral was interesting, but I can't see me paying $7/day for a cycle either.

Like walking in the rain and the snow when there's nowhere to go
When you're feeling like a part of you is dying
And you're looking for the answer in her eyes
You think you're gonna break up
Then she says she wants to make up

Ooh you made me love you
Ooh you've got a way
Ooh you had me crawling on the floor

A compromise would surely help the situation
Agree to disagree but disagree to part
When after all it's just a compromise
Of the things we do for love, the things we do for love
The things we do for love

Heard it on the ride in this morning. Remembering my pocket AM radio, hanging out on the stoop on summer nights as a kid.

I was flipping thru the radio and found our local "80's, 90's and Today" station...they were playing Take it on the Run by REO Speedwagon :head:

I remember listening to that song on my parents alarm clock radio and recording it with a cassette recorder...when it was a 'new' song! LOL

"Things you do for love" by 10cc was surely not my music of choice. That and many like it were the popular music of the 70's though.

Mine was Led Zepplin, Kiss, Van Halen, Queen, Cheap Trick, Foreigner to name a few.
