I am in favor of doing blood draw (48 hours) after the shot,From what I've read, people get their bloodwork done often right before the next shot to see what their T levels go down to. You can also get it done right after a shot to see how high it spikes, but I think the former is more useful if you can only get it tested once. Hopefully Jandz can chime in![]()
Thanks guys. I will get it done two days after shot then. Thanks again.
You do not want to test the peak you want to test the trough. Which would be tested on day morning of hcg shots. Who gives a rats ass about the peak, I be more concerned with the low end of the range and make adjustments from there. Adding back in hcg will give you back the 30 % of which it would drop from beginning of the week to the end of the week. After 1 week why the hell can one measure testosterone accurately? People want to test 2 days after shot if testing for e2 because there is a 24-48 lag time from the rise in t to conversion to e2.
Im suggested testing on day 5 the morning of the first hcg shot this will give you what the testosterone is producing not the hcg. TRT should be done in layers and under a skilled physcian (which is hard to find) after other variable are ruled out. After certain time all throughs are about equal, regardless of initial dose.
There is no usefull information in testing too far from shot.
7 day is too far, there is research to prove it.
Once a week dose of:
25 mg
50 mg
125 mg
300 mg
600 mg
will test about the same after 7 days.

Thanks Mac Donnell I will do that. Does that give me an accurate reading for my E2 ? I feel as though it is high that all.
I was expecting E2 raise when I increasedfor some reason hcg spikes the e2 up the ass. This was my case thats why i test on day after hcg shot and day of the next test shot, I did things in layers. I did test with out hcg and e2 was 26 added in hcg and it went to 52 so something was causing it when all other variables where the same.
i am experimenting with maca, DIM, reservatrol, and iodoral, cal D, to help control estrogen. I believe once nutrient balance is achieved then your body will regulate its own estrogen production and arimidex may be lowered or even discontiued. I have been on same protocol for 4 week will get blood retested in another week to make sure all variables are achieved identically. When my body was on higher fish oils I notice that my e2 stayed in check more easily even with out armidex. Finding that optimum balnce is the key..I was expecting E2 raise when I increased
first from 250iu EOD to 380iu EOD
then to 500iu EOD that I am on now
My E2 actually falled down.
I have to decrease Liquidex.
Other than decrease in weekly dose I increased frequency after I found in the Arimidex leaflet 50hr half life.
Now I am on
0.15cc every day Liquidex
0.15*7=1.05 Arimidex pills/week
500iu HCG EOD
0.255cc test EOD
blood drawn on day of T shot, before T shot.

That is 48 hours after T shot (for those on different schedule)
