When a irresistable force (Prime) meets an imoveable object (OEP)

DW, I don't know about you but there is a difference in the way my joints feel running the Essentials W Joint Complex. I do feel they are getting something out of it and doing better than just SuperCissus Rx alone.

Something must be holding me together, I am at the end of a long run and still kickin it hard. Won't say there's no issues but it's been good lately.
 
Progress seems to be pretty steady a little less fat loss early this week than I experienced over the weekend. I would say about 4 lbs of fat is gone or close to it. I am only down 1.5 lbs on the scale though. 10 more days on this experiment I may be able to trim off a couple more.

Diet has been very consistant, a little above maintenance. Again I did not think this was a good time to go into full cutting mode, I am still trying to increase my lean mass slightly at this point. Mission accomplished, I am getting exactly what I want at this point. When I run this during my prep the cals will be slightly more restricted so I will see some more weight loss. This will be a more gradual thing as it is my firm belief that the slow method will always preserve more lean mass.

Thanks, I just do what I can, let the chips fall where they may. Part of that however is to look for ways to constantly make improvements, in diet especially. A good awareness of self and how you respond is essential but that can always get better.

Still like what I am seeing, one thing though is when you lose fat sometimes you end up looking a little loose. It takes me a bit to tighten up but I seem to be losing fairly quickly. Sometimes fat loss exposes more problems than anything else.

I know I've lost some weight cuz I don't see any lean mass increase or decrease for that matter but I have definitely lost fat.

Will do a weigh in tommorow and another assessment
 
You start losing actual weight from the OEP and not just fat you may need to increase cals to keep the mass train coming to station. You have how much longer basically through the end of the year?

Another week, then I will break and hopefully be able to start back up in early January depending on the IC release. I am not concerned the weight is fat I have no doubt of that. There is only so much muscle you can gain when doing this I got a couple lbs mass in the 3 weeks that's damn good. Heading into my prep soon so I'll take the fat loss. The easier I make it for myself the better, my problem has always been getting lean. Gotta focus on my weakness. Mass gain can get intoxicating, I have to rein myself in sometimes. I am glad I got the chance to trim some more fat before the preparation phase.

Yeah it is honestly KILLING ME not to start dieting/cutting a little more. I am smoothing a bit and don't like it. I would probably have better results eating for recomp, well at least be happier with my appearance right now. If I start adjusting now maybe I can be around 198-200 @ 6% by the end. I keep thinking that the mass gain is going to catch up with the caloric intake and gradually I will start leaning again but man I don't know if I have the patience to wait for that. I like looking good with my shirt off! I am already basically planning a clean up week next week.

I think you should just focus more on what you look like at contest time. Unless you have a photo shoot or something what you look like now is more a self image issue. I know I feel it too. We're both going to get there, I know I am anxious to get this started.

oh and I have noticed that being thirsty/resistance to want to take a drink thing. It is kind of weird. Not a strong compulsion but it's there.

I am closing in on the end of the second week and it was quite apparent in the mirror this morning that fat loss is seriously starting to happen. I completely agree with you DW, the mood elevation, energy, appetite control, ability to sleep without problems are making OEP the best thermo I have ever tried. I cannot wait to see what will happen when teaming it up with AP/Prime/Recreate for the ultimate Recomp stack... oh how February and March are going to be fun. Anyone on the fence when it comes to OEP needs to get it ASAP; this is truly a whole new genre of results and feeling from a thermo.
 
Honestly for me I am eating high enough over maintenance that it is probably keeping me from gaining excess fat but I am not seeing any fat loss. Then again I am eatinb between 500-1000 calories over maintenance so that is pretty impressive to say the least. I am very curious to see what happens when I go on a cut, or even shift to recomp.

If you were about 300 above mantenance I think you would see some fat loss. Right at mantenance good fat loss, calorie deficit I can't even imagine will be finding that out though. :veryhappy:

What do you use to find your maintenance calories, mine is only about 12-13 cals per lb of bodyweight. That would be a very tight diet for a lot of guys but that is my metabolism.

I'm about the same. Mine is low also. I will average 2700 at the beginning of my cut, I will not need to drop to far though, especially cycling nutrients and using these products.

I think the older you get the less high your cals need to be as well. Imo Not saying your old or anything.

Well I am :grumpy: yah age does make a difference. Some of that is because a lot of older people are less active I'm sure.

Weighed in last night 231.5 which is about what I suspected. So I am 3.5 pounds down and up about 2 lbs of lean mass which means 5.5 lbs fat loss in 3 weeks. I'll take that any day.
 
Good signs of additional fat loss throughout the weekend. No doubt about how efficient this product is. Finally a product that really burns fat, that doesn't make you feel like a meth addict and burn almost as much muscle as it does fat. I did ECA and I couldn't stay on it, and to tell you the truth I don't think it did a lot for me, not like this stuff is doing. I don't think there has ever been anything this good.
 
MORE Fat Loss! Man you are killing me DW! I am jonesing to start cutting like a crackhead for his next rock. I have dipped my cals down a bit this week now that I wont be able to get in to do cardio. However not by much. I think it is time to clean up this battleship before bringing it in to port. Switching over to recomp/lean bulk cals instead of bulk cals. Kind of what you are doing now, keeping cals about 200-300 over maintenance. Like I said before If I could finish this bad boy out at 200 and 6% I would be ecstatic. I am 203 as of now so I have some room to work, but I am not going to go into weight loss mode calorically.

Your right on the money now 3 lbs weight loss should give you exactly what your looking for .. hek you might get there without losing 3 lbs ... over 200 and 6%.

Nothing else to report since yesterday...other than I feel great!! I would buy this just for the way it makes me feel...

It's funny you post this when right this morning before I left for work I could not believe how I am continually feeling the OEP and getting a strong thermo effect even after 2 weeks. Simply put, amazing stuff!

Yah I feel like I could run this stuff for ever. I am going right back on it starting in January and staying on for 8 weeks, then take 4 weeks off and run it again. I was thinking 3 pills a day but that may not even be necessary.

As for 3 pills... I took 2 staggered one morning and it was intense, I didn't even add in a third that day. At least for me, I would be cracked out on 3 a day so will stick with 2 since it is working and I don't have to worry so much about having a little stim in my pwo drink.

I've taken 3 per day in the last few days. For me, one at 7 AM, 12 PM and 3 PM is not too strong and works well stim wise.

If anything my diet has become a little tighter as this experiment continues, so you can imagine my surprise when I weigh in and am back up to 234. I know I look bigger and leaner than last week but 2.5 lbs !! and fat loss!! I believe the switch to lower reps higher weight is partly responsible.

234 where does this put me!! I am going to be doing similar runs during my prep, am I going to continue to gain while I cut?? This could have monstrous repurcussions!! The rules are changing gentlemen...

Remember my contest prep log? Even in the deep throws of my cut I was still putting on .2 lbs of lbm here and another .2 there all the while expecting to see the forecasted LBM drop. NOPE never happened. If your progress keeps going like this you will be eating maintenence cals the first month of your prep and still growing while cutting. Especially if you are moving over to the SWOLE stack. You are going to love it. Man you re going to use GHUp too aren't you? Beast mode on the way!!!!!

Nothing to report today, I am looking kind of loose today which makes me thing I was holding some water. I think there was more than 60 pills in my bottle. I seem to have about 8 extra. Oh well I will keep running it till Tuesday I guess.

I think so but I have never run anything but PGH which is just GABOB basically. I would use HGH for it's anti-aging/weight contol benefits. Better sleep would be a more immediate benefit but would pay off more over the long haul.

Your still quite young, the way things are nowadays we can remain in a prime for a much longer period. Just look at Brett Favre guy's 40 and playing like he was when he was 25.
 
I can second what DW is saying with Ghenerate. I picked up a bottle on special, still is last I checked btw, and I have been on it for 3 weeks or so now (7-8 sprays 2x a day 5 on/2 off) and I seriously am not even to the top of the label on the bottle. That has to be the best deal out there in terms of bottle longevity and I really like it. Different than PF but I see similar benefits though I don't feel it does much at all for strength increases (at least for me) and everyone says you get crazy pumps (not me).

You could actually dose Powerfull with it. If you got he IGH-1 that goes with it you might as well dose that. I thought that Ghenerate was to be dosed 7 days and IGH-1 was 5 on and 2 off...

AI doesn't have a GH product, Lg has Ghenerate.. I am still waiting form my order in the mail for Ghenerate. I had to order it off Ebay and the shipping is very slow, although it's a reputable distributor. I wish NP would have picked this up...
