Whats your preworkout????

I use Wyked 2.1 and sometimes Nocturnus from TunedSports.com, I am very happy with the intensity and focus it gives and I was wondering what types of preworkouts everyone else used and why??

Give me your feedback!!!
 
Pre jym. I love the energy and focus I get from it plus it has a non prop label and is heavily dosed(26gs per serve)
 
My current GOAT prewo stack:

6 xgels
5tbsp Fearn soy lecithin granules
2 AS amf caps
1 scoop High Volume

...covers pretty much all my bases :)

Sounds like that'd provide great pumps. My GOAT is:
2.5tbsp lecithin granules (may do more)
8g citrulline malate
1g agmatine
2g taurine
1g ALCAR
60mg ferulic acid
250-300mg caffeine
(40mg higenamine and/or 5mg yohimbine HCL if I want more stims)

I have a bunch of different pres I usually end up adding ingredients to all of them until they turn into what I want. Also have bulks and make my own a lot. Ready made a I have open are

Engn
Psycho
Ergoblast
Xencore
Novate
Pump igniter
Uncut
Rpm

And then I usually add bulks to everything to include max doses of betaine, Citrulline, nitrates, agmatine beta alanine, synephrine, yhcl.... The list goes on

Havnt found a pre yet that I don't add stuff to

Yeah man. I find I tend to oscillate between minimalist stripped back stacks and kitchen sink ones.

Just ordered some Alphamine, so this will be tweaked.

Well obviously I'm a rep for OL so Conquer is my go to. But it gives me the best pump and focus of any I've ever tried. I really want to try High Volume as well. Good looking formula and I'm more about the pump from the PWO, because I get the caffeine stim boost from my coffee.

The Ep1c effect PWO is pretty sweet as well. All epi products will provide it, but we're on to something here with the new formula.
 
Rep or not Condense + Noxygen will always be my go to. At the very least as a base I add a few extras on top of.

Lots of good suggestions here though.
 
Im a big mesomorph fan! I would recommend that and if you're trying to build alittle through in some x gels for some extra pump!

I agree. Defcon1 Second strike wasn't as good to me. Bullnox at two scoops stacked with Pumpd, my number 1. Nutraclipse f5 also a favorite.
 
Nice one for that guys. So basically they removed PEA and replaced it with 3 new ingredients and it's now not as good? Damn. I better start reading this thread then lol lucky I recently ordered more original supply. Core fury supposed to be good I might have to try that eventually.

Not the same feel. I was never impressed with the profile but I got great focus and a mood boost from OG version. Not so much with Second Strike.

Currently running 2 scoops alphamine with 1 scoop ergonine and liking it
 
Original Defcon1 was awesome. Total focus and strength. New one not so much. Bullnox at one scoop is decent. At two scoops however the focus is awesome. Makes you aggressive with a clean but strong energy. Usually add a rep or two to my exercises with it.
Other ones I really like are Metabolic ESP and ACN Pump and Grow. Both very high energy and focus pre's. ACN pump and Grow really surprised me. Not very well known, but two scoops of it (the maximum dosage) is very intense. Perfect for a heavy workout.
I'm a pre workout junkie I'll admit. I have a few I haven't opened yet waiting to try. Including Man Pep Test Bulk, Hypermax, Angel dust, Nutraclipse Alphadrive, Stimul8, and a couple others. It will take me a little while to try them all because I only use them twice a week and I travel for work alot and don't use them on the road. However the goal is to come up with my top 5 rotation. Any suggestions are welcome.

That's not even that much

I have 7 open pres and every bulk primaforce makes
4-5 different fat burners
14 open proteins
Fish oil, cissus, Elastamine, a few different multies, forskolin, oximega greens, oximega Reds, ai Reds and greens. There's more too no doubt I just am forgetful.

I just like haven't a wide variety of stuff to go with, rarely use the same protein or pre two days in a row.

I'd guess bob has a lot more stuff that he doesn't use that often too, also if I'm not mistaken he usually only cooks with his protein powders

That is over the course of 2-3 years on knowing what i like and what i have tried, and responded best to. Hence my suggestion.
But glad you know me better than myself.

I honestly rarely use pre-workouts, just the ones i have tried over the years that i suggest, use, and have liked i will recommend.
Fat burning wise you can read the 2 logs i did on the PES Stack i suggested above and the results it showed.

I use Pump Juice Extreme (hate the name but it works great).

I just add in about 7g citrulline malate and also take MyoSynergy beforehand.
 
Currently either:

4 caps Acute FX+ergonine+2 caps AS amentomax+1-2 scoops noxygen

2-3 caps UnCut+ergonine+1-2 scoops noxygen

Edit: forgot...+2tbsp fearn lecithin granules
 
A great pwo for my needs would be a piece of dark chocolate, 2 g agimatine and 2 scoops of the good old jack3d. Makes me good to go in 20 min.
 
Would usually say dmaa, but now when thats no longer an alternative, caffeine?
 
Good point. Specifically something that helps get more reps, so strength output. I suppose if you're sharing endurance ingredient as well.

I like a good preworkout/intra combo.

PJE as a pre has beta alanine, betaine, sodium nitrate, etc. for the endurance.

Compete has been my intra ever since they released it. Could notice the improved endurance in the first week of use.
