Whats your ideal weight for your height?

When i first started bodybuilding in 10th grade i started at 128lbs at 5'11". It was really sad, and whats worse is i still didn't have a very impressive stomach, sure it was flat but no 6 pack, was probably around 12% of so.

So my goal is to be 228lbs @ 5'11" w/ about 7% or so bf. I'm around 190lbs @ 10% w/ about 18" arms right now, so i still have a long ways to go.

I'm not too big on strength personally, so i have no real poundage i want to reach.

I was talking to a couple of the big boys off the forum on AIM and it blew my mind that some of these guys are like 240-250lbs and still wanting to get a lot bigger!

So i'm curious as to what everyones current stats are. And what their ideal goals are such as bodyweight and poundage.
 
Im currently 150 pounds at 15%BF @ 3'6" and Ive been as high as 160 pounds.

My goal is would around 170-175 pounds at 9-10%bf.
 
5' 8" 195 at 10% BF
I'm trying to get to my previous best record of 190 at 5% by July7, that was when I started back at the gym after a year of being unemployed and drunk (I was also finishing my degree but I dont remember much of that)

But my goal is pretty much the same as yours to be about 220 around 6-7% BF

6'1 228lb, around 7%....

I want 245 at 4-6% in summer, 8-10% the rest of the year.

Once you get there, you will want more. ;)


I have a thin frame (Zane type build) so I never think I'm big enough. I always feel small until I stand next too someone in the mirror at my gym. Then I feel I have some size.
 
I am 5'7 187 lbs, around 8% bf, my ideal weight someday is 225 lbs @ around 4-5% but for my goal this summer is to get to 200 lb. and around 4% bodyfat
 
6'1" 260lbs, about 18-20% (yeah, shaddup!) :D

Goal is to be as huge as humanly possible without too much slin or GH ;) :D
 
6'1 ..... 160lbs. :D dunno the body fat but it is very low. Vascularity in the foreams,bi's,stomach,and a lil in the calves :D Goal : 6'1 250-270lbs ripped :)
 
I don't know... at 6'4", I'm currently cutting, right now been hovering at 260ish, bodyfat appears to have continued to drop though... I don't monitor it too closely via measurements, rather by-the-mirror progress is just fine for me (though probably 11% or so, if I had to estimate). perhaps when I stay as lean as Bobo it will be more interesting to keep closer track of it all :D but ideal I think would be 280, 8% bf
 
213.4 lbs at the moment (that's 97 kg)
length of 1,89 m
BF of 6% (checked it yesterday at the gym :))

my goal... to weigh atleast 110 kg (242 lbs) this year. for the rest, well, we are never satisfied with ourselves. so i'm going to keep getting bigger, heavier, stronger and more ripped.
 
Currently 6'1 190 lbs @14%BF

Goal for next summer- 200lbs @ 7%bf

Ultimate Goal? To just get bigger untill I frighten myself.

Goal is to be 200lbs @ 8-10% BF.

As a matter of interest, how many quality pounds of lean mass do you think is realistic to aim for in one year without any PH/PS?
 
Right now i weigh 204 and i'd guess bf % around 15-18% but really have no idea. I know i gotta lot of jigglin (as Arnold would say) especially around da middle! goal is to be 185-190 and 10% bf by mid june. 5'11".
 
Right now: 6'0", 168 lbs, 8-9% BF

Goal: 188 lbs, 6-7% BF

My frame, and about 20 more pounds is about all I want. I should be there by the end of June :) ! Thanks to you guys!

bout 190-195 at 7%

Im EXTREMELY smalled boned and would look strange if I got any heavier than that.

Plus my joints wont support the kind of poundages Id have to lift to stay that big.
 
6'1", 175 lbs now -- stick figure upper body. I wanna look like Bobo. Maybe a slightly better complexion...

Currenlty I'm 5'11'' 292 lbs. 24% bf. Wanna be at 230-240 with 6-8% bf in two years. BTW Bobo, I have a similar mentality to yours 'cause I can look at most people and feel small, than when I look at the mirror I feel so much better.
 
Currently 6 foot and 267 at 16%
Short Term Goal.. 250 at 9%
Long Term Goal 260 at 7 to 8% year around

I'm 5'-9", I've been 215 a couple times, would like to hit 220... Maybe more, if I can keep my 29" waist when I diet down.. ;)

i'm kinda like that also but i change from day to day. Some days i feel HUGE, and the next day i feel tiny, then i feeel huge for a day or two, then small again, it's kind of weird!

Hell yeah I know what you mean bro. It's like when I'm around my friend who is 190, but shredded and I feel small, but when he's not around me I feel big again LOL.
 
I'd like to be 225 at 10% bodyfat (5'7") someday....

You all should work for my physique so you're not so conflicted--I look at other people, a mirror, any day, doesn't matter--I'm definitely skinny! I don't know how a 292lb guy can feel small, though...
