This is so gay but I ripped the intro song from Coleman's "cost of redemption" video and always listen to it during my heaviest squat set and bench set. I swear it is inspirational.

Also Bush, Lunatic Calm, Rob Zombie, Prodigy, etc for any other lift. I have songs for each lift, it helps me get in the groove.

Yeah they really disappointed me with St. Anger. Shoot me again is the only song that I really liked in that album, hopefully they'll crank out another good album before they call it quits. Maybe they need to drink and do drugs again to get that edge back LOL

When I was a Navy electronics instructor I used it to harrass my students while they were troubleshooting equipment in the lab...

Its done by Rammstein

and if any of you have gotten to the end of the game... uh yeah lol it plays again and you see something pretty damn badass looking rofl

imagine a nice-sounding guy saying he's going to try and beat your ass into a pulp... and he's not a very big guy... he says he'll be right back and he jumps off a cliff...
then you see this HUGE clawed and hairy and vascular hand reach up and grab the ledge and this huge hideous evil badass beast that resembles that nice guy comes up... all with this music playing... yeah it gets you psyched up...

everytime i hear the song its what I think about lol

edit: cant find a picture of the boss, kinda weird actually. If you wanna hear it download the mp3 from a file searcher, its the final fantasy x opening theme. Gotta be the baddest boss music ever.

Mostly Diplomats - Cam & Jim Jones and crew, Wu Tang, lil Pac and Big, Eazy Eric Wright and Dre. But my favorite band is Tool, go figure. Maybe Im just weird.

I prefer Rage or Metallica but a guy at my gym only listens to Michael Jackson on leg days and he DL's in mid-6's without straps...maybe I need some Thriller.

I've just been letting all 4 of their albums play throughout my workouts for the past few days. Have you seen their new dvd?
 
no haven't seen the dvd and to be honest i'm only really a fan of gutter phenomenon and hot damn! ... don't care for last night in town and i haven't yet heard the other album
 
Yeah, Hot Damn! and Gutter Phenomenon are definitely their best. The other one is just an old ep. Their dvd is fuuckin ridiculous though. They're really random so its pretty entertaining.
 
Almost all metal. I like to rock Slipknot or Soulfly. My best workouts come with a Slipknot, Soulfly, Mudvayne, Unearth mix. Only the hardest and most angry songs from the albums.
 
I've been getting some really good wo's in with Megadeth's "The System has Failed" album. Die Dead Enough, and The Scorpion really tap you in to the hate machine.
