didnt i mention "OTHER than FOOD" in there some where......
my diet is in check....im bulking, soo i have it sorted out, just wanted to know if thee were a couple supplements i have never heard of that will switch up the usual Creatine, N.O. booster, protein shakes, and aminos...........like maybe some supplements that make you a little hungry, supplements that are creatine alternatives, maybe a new pre-workout supplement......idk just blurt out what Supplements you like
you use WMS, malto, or dextrose for post workout?
if you don't:
WMS is cheap and effective...and no bloat!
if you're trying to bulk then I'd add it in there
