what is your favorite muscle building supplement OTHER than FOOD?????
be specific im lookin for some new supplements to just switch things up a bit!!

I like neovar and WMS. (especially when using AP and/or P-Slin)

my diet is in check....im bulking, soo i have it sorted out, just wanted to know if thee were a couple supplements i have never heard of that will switch up the usual Creatine, N.O. booster, protein shakes, and aminos...........like maybe some supplements that make you a little hungry, supplements that are creatine alternatives, maybe a new pre-workout supplement......idk just blurt out what Supplements you like

has anyone tried grub-on?????i tried BLack Hole and it didnt do much for me....i didnt notice a diff.

thanks gunna grab some of that stuff....looks like it will be sufficient!
any one else have any other recommendations.....when i buy supplements i like to buy them in mass quantities like ill but 20 products that will last me like 2 months or so....its easier on the shipping costs

if you don't:
WMS is cheap and effective...and no bloat!

if you're trying to bulk then I'd add it in there

ive been using WMS for a while now and i really like it a lot. i hate putting sugar in my body i.e. dextrose and WMS has given me some good results. i mix creatine and bcaa's and a packet of crystal light in, makes for a great post workout shake.
 
Im currently taking a few different things that work really well but it looks like they are all found in Blue Gene- so I would recommend that. I will probably switch to it after I run out.
