Wow, I'm surprised I didn't pick up on that. Damn. Thanks man. Kinda like Fizogen making those Winny-V, Decabol, etc. products under that other name. lol.

Yep. They have some really crappy marketing and you are right in that they are getting more and more like Fizogen. I can imagine some kid walking into GNC and being like "Arson! now that must be some hardcore s***! I gotta get me some of that so I can get my swole on!"

Yeah man, I know the thought that goes through some people's heads. lol.
Kinda like, "Hey man! It's the Next Generation Superdrol! This bad-boy has an Anabolic Driver and Injection Matrix... You can feel the results after one dose? ALL RIGHT!" lol.

I'd like to make a product with 250 mg of caffeine, 100 mg geranium extract, and 25 mg norephedrine, and call it a psy-stimulant pro matrix.... then have a ultra neurogenerative spectrum consisting of schizandra and ashwaganda... then ad some fenugreek and trione and call it "exponential test-jack complex"....

"It's all about the synergy baby!"

It's just annoying that A/X stooped down to Muscle Tech lows with this product and people will still praise it, blah blah blah. I'll ridicule this product until they come out with some better things.

As far as I'm concerned, marketing DHEA and ATD with some caffeine, tribulus, and yohimbine as a NG Superdrol is just as bad as Fizogen's daughter company marketing DHEA and Chrysin as Winny-V or Boldevolan. lol

I really don't like ATD. I wouldn't put that crap in my body at any dose.

I don't care for it either. It erradicated estrogen, which of course isn't good, when I took a couple caps at night. My joints felt like I was the tin man from the Wizard of Oz during the scene where the dude couldn't move at all until they lubed his joints. lol.

That is so true. L-Dex doesn't even have as many sides as ATD.

As a statement and commitment to changing things for the better, it would be good if there were a place we could regularly discuss this. Outing the scams and pimping the good, proven, quality supps and supp co's. I guess we kinda do that all over the place here, but what about a section (or at least a thread (ongoing) where we list/report/discuss the worst of the worst. Hell, maybe just keep this thread rolling and discuss really bad products and warn people against scammers...

Anabolic Extreme

Because they lie about the sides (superdrol) or whats in it (Jungle Warfare).
Oh, almost forgott to mention the 3 AD story!
No doubt theyer stuff works, but they are LIARS!

I didn't know AX made JW.

Me neither.

I also didn't know AX came out with superdrol. Last I checked, most of the early AX supplements were all licensed from other manufacturers.

Keep doubting 3-AD, though. One of two things is going to happen with that. (1) It will be marked as an illegal anabolic steroid, and no one will sell that compound (2) It will hit the shelves, and last I checked there's a pretty high demand for some quality andrenosterone. If you don't want it, I'll surely take up your shares ;)

I am a huge fan of theSinner, but I must give you props for being so blunt about your opinion of this company.

I still take muscle tech just b/c of 6 star and MAP. I tried the "Hardcore Protein" of 6 star and I had similar reactions to super dump

The main producers of crap in the UK are maxi-muscle and LA Muscle, they'd give muscle tech a run for there money with advertising claims and poor results.

Methyl-1-D... Worse than Superdrol NG. AX caught flak for releasing Superdrol NG with bizarre compound names for old substances and yet people like it after they feel the caffeine and yohimbine... or should I say, 'Injection Matrix'. Kinda sounds like Fizogen, eh? But people can come around and give a pity clap for AX after recieving free bottles of products to shut them the hell up.

Funny how you go off on a tangent with one company and giving 'props' by calling them out. You have a serious thorn in your side with that company.

I liked BSN up until the recent lawsuit.

I've always been interested in MT, but their products are very eye-catching, with the color and all. But there is no way that I'm paying the price they ask, especially when there is nothing special and unique, or worth the price, about their products.

Muscletech at least sells decent stuff like Whey and Creatine products. Their ads are obviously to pull in newbs, but at least a few of the products actually are up to par with some other companie's stuff.

I've never seen one decent supp from Fizogen.

So who wins the prize?

No option for Syntrax? This poll is clearly flawed.

Any company that sues forum members for $75000 for criticizing them when they released a product that permanently injured/killed people.......pretty much takes this category hands down.

Muscletech does have a lot of BS, but Fizogen has the "chi strength" necklace/bracelet, that tops even anabolic halo.

thats true, but the ridiculous wording MT uses in their ads is just plain stupid and annoying...

"It forces its way into you … through you … around you. The cryo-anabolic post-workout growth-inducing event invades your muscles and engages an anabolic uprising within them … leaving them with no choice but to grow!

Within seconds you’ll feel an intense glacial-like chill hit the back of your throat – like an avalanche of polar ice. The subzero outbreak has begun! It feels like your entire physiological profile is “freezing” as the mega-dose of more than 75 cutting-edge and musclebuilding ingredients in the ANABOLIC HALO™ formula courses through your veins. "

Man, I almost went and bought some... :ntome:

someone is obvioulsy buying MT otherwise they wouldn't be around for so long. (u have to wonder)

Muscle Asylum has very funny advertising as well. I was laughing pretty hard last time I read one of their ads

A lot of people buy MT because 90% of the population don't know better. MOST people don't research their supplement and I think MOST people believe the hype in their ads. No veteran of bodybuilding in their right mind would believe you can add 10lbs of pure unadulterated muscle in a month, but MOST people don't have a concept of muscle physiology or realize what a MARATHON muscle building is. So these MT adds with their insane promises seem somehow reasonable and acceptable. Plus Jay Cutler said so....

Newbies in the gym believe they are drifting back & forth 5-10lbs of muscle from day to day. Weird stuff like that. MT is geared toward the ignorant to be bluntly put, they target One Time Buyers, maybe two, so they charge outlandish prices.

My gym was selling a bottle of Hydroxycut Hardcore for $50!!! What does that last you at full 6 cap dose, 20 days? I do think some of their supplements are effective, it's the prices they charge and the promises they make that make them shady.

I tried Hydrox Hardcore in the past and it worked, but it wasn't worth paying $100 to lose 8lbs, haha.

cant believe you guys!!!!!!!!

:study::study:People who possibly cannot afford a certain product always hate on it
i have been taking muscletech hydroxycut hardcore since last year june, and i have dropped about 35 pounds with that. i have been taking creakic and been hittin' tha gym pretty hard. and already gain 3 inches in biceps hard and definitioned and i am on my second bottle of creakic right now. so please dont hate on something just because you guys cant get results or cant afford it. i starting on nitro tech hardcore and apladon. oh and by the way i have been taking gakic as well for the past couple of weeks and notice (the animal) within me has been terrorizing the gym i have been hittin xtra reps and sets since i been taking gakic i will post my pics in tha future.

I call bot.

MT is only around because most of society buy supplements from GNC (oops. i said that bad G word). gnc employees push MT products because they make commishion on those products. i used to work that and push MT because i just wanted more money

please tell me youre joking, taking in consideration that most of average people dont workout and/or take supplements and the ones that do some of them buy from GNC thats what you call most of society ?

Honestly, MT is not at all a bad company. In fact they're one of the better ones out there. They have a reputation to uphold so they're products aren't junk and it's a relatively trust-worthy brand. A bad company in my eyes, is not one that jacks up prices or makes ridiculous claims, but rather a company that sells shady products, lies about 'natural' ingredients (IDS), doesn't recommend post cycle therapy (IDS), Puts all their ingredients in a prop. blend and underdoses everything (Garbage), Fails label claims (Dymatize, and possibly BSN), and treats sponsees like **** (Xyeince)....

So what if Fizogen made the strap... the strap never hurt anyone. So what if MT is expensive, I'd rather pay money than have my libido killed and end up with itchy nips from taking a 'natural' supplement. Part of the onus has to be put on the consumer for MT and Fizogen since a simple search can conclude that they are overpriced, but for some companies that straight up lie, there is no excuse.

Bottom line, Fizogen and MT are not bad companies at all....

no, im not joking. i worked at gnc for 3 years and saw a whole different varitey of people come in including people who did not workout. they sell vitamins and non sports nutrition stuff in case you don't know

that is what you call placebo effect my friend. if you read the ingredients for hydroxycut is more like mood enhancer than termogenics..Now im not saying theyre trying to rip you off or a bad company but there a lot product better than them and cheaper as well.

My theory:
Probably the reason why Mt survive is that they are financial stable. The fancy ads, the bodybuilder model they use.

Fun factor:

Scientist were hired from tobacco comp. just ask JACKintheBOX

Hard to believe no one has mentioned Muscle Marketing USA and their liquid creatine, etc.

My votes:

1. Muscletech
2. Legal Gear
3. Muscle Marketing USA
4. ASN
5. Fizogen

Muscletech does have some "decent" products with regards to some of the ingredients and meeting label claims most of the time, etc. However, the reason I vote them #1 is that with all of their backing, money, bb.com, etc., they absolutely have their finger on the pulse of the casual bodybuilding/fitness fan. Therefore, they rank #1 due to complete irresponsibility to not only their fanbase, but the sport in general. I know all supplement companies are out to make money, but Muscletech is outta their minds. At least companies like Beverly International, AST, Species, LEF, etc. have LIMITED product lines. To me, this shows that they choose to produce only proven (or once proven) and targeted, specific supplements. They typically don't create "kitchen sink" supps. I believe MuscleTech finally lost it when they came out with Anabolic Halo. That takes the cake. It's right up there with Hotstuff, for crying out loud!

Anyway, it's just irresponsible to gouge when you're in such a great position to LEAD. Sorry for the rant, folks.

The original Hotstuff was Awesome!. But I agree with you.

Fizogen's chi strength necklace/bracelet is only one product, but one product that is so bad and costs in the $100's which makes it twice as insulting, keeps them high in the BS rankings for me.

1. Any company flogging off NO products....

You need 38 grams orally to have ANY effect due to poor bioavailability, with most converting to ornithine......and there is absolutely no science or research whatsoever that it assist in LBM gains (People please actually verify before flaming!)

2. Any company relying on 'cool' sounding names in order to sell a product. They are an insult to any self respecting bodybuilder's intelligence.

No flaming here. I completely agree. As I've said before, taking NO supps for direct LBM gains is like waiting for a UFO. And as you say, any research about arginine and increased GH are at relatively huge dosages.

However, one useful attribute of NO supps is the "pump", which for me assists in targeting and really focusing on/feeling the target muscle, in order to enhance or assist the "mind-muscle connection". Something not easily achieved (especially by a novice), so IMO any help is welcomed.

Works for me, anyway.

My .02

muscletech... hands down. not only are their products totally bunk, but they put a lot of dangerous ingredients in them.

they market dangerous, ineffective products to teenagers without regard for the safety of the kids who are actually taking their bull**** products.

i would venture to say that most sports-supplement companies are full of ****, and most of their products dont work... if i were to list all the companies i believe sell a good product that works, it would be a very short list.

i have been taking creakic and been hittin' tha gym pretty hard. and already gain 3 inches in biceps hard.

yeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

1. ANY company selling NO products - as there is absolutely no way oral ingestion under 36 grams at a time can have any effect at all on any human.

2. Companies relying on wanker - cool sounding names in order to make a buck - eg vapour/explode/flood etc... and companies pushing supps with steroid sounding names in order to make a buck. That makes them as low as illicit drug dealers in my opinion....

I just about died from extreme laughter induced by your post. I mean, it's almost homo-erotic sounding if you think about it. Lol, "forces its way into you... through you.." Lmao.

Anyway, I have also bought MT stuff in the past. And, I'd have to agree that I bought it because it did seem like it was the best. Their marketing does work on the ignorant first timers who are just getting into supplements and what not. I liked Cell Tech, it made me stronger, but the sugars did raise an eyebrow or two. I'm still a novice when it comes to all this stuff so I'll be reading what everyone has to say on this board.
