Out of all the legal supplements out there including ph's , what is the best for endurance???

any advice is greatly appreciated

Depends on what you are looking for? Do you have a specific event or sport in mind? Knowing that would help.

Also, how old are you and what other supps have you used before? What's your training experience - how long and how do you train?

i compete in calisthenics( pushups, situps, pullups, etc. 2-5 mile running, rucking with weight(trekking). i'm 21 and i have been doing heavy calisthenics and running since i was 17, but i have been addicted to body building for about 2 years now and love any strength gains

i have been on 2 cycles of methyl 1-d, first time was great, second was decent, so i'm just trying to see what else there is that works for me.

i'm pretty big for my weight ( i know..its an oxymoron) but i lost 15 pounds of muscle mass because of my army job training which during i had no access to weights.

IMO, a crazy endurance stack would be our 3-AD combined with Cordygen5 from Millenium.

Combine these with additional Propionyl-L-Carnitine, shooting for total dose of around a gram, including the amount in 3-AD, and you will see acute and impressive endurance enhancement.

I applaud AX for putting PLCAR in 3-AD.

Much obliged, DSADE. 3-AD really got me going better than anything else. Endurance was through the roof - especially for someone who doesn't do the whole endurance thing.

Cordy5 works well for me, too. It makes me feel like I can breathe deeper and keep more "with it" - as opposed to blacking out on max lifts!

Not sure how the new CordyV02 works, but TTewell is trying it out and reporting back to me before I plop the dough down on it. It's much pricier/serving, but if it's that much better, then I'll add it to my arsenal. :)

I know it's in the new Anabolic Edge from PAL, and they just traded me a bottle out for some Gut Health.

Should have chance to try that one out in the coming weeks, as I ramp back up the cardio.

It'll be interesting to share feedback here, for the effectiveness of Cordyceptic acid on endurance.
