Whats supps do you take every day or without fail year round

What supplements do you cycle indefinitely and what supps do you take all year round?

Clearly these will have been proven, and you come back to them time and time again

For me its

Fish oil and cod liver oil alternating
Multi, on and off, different brands
Creatine obviously

L-dopa for good sleep and libido
Tongkat ali for a test boost
Ashwaghanda for stress
Starflower for anxiety
5htp/St Johns in winter when depressed
Lecithin for cholesterol (proven by my 2.4 ratio score)

something with yohimbine in it for motivation/low energy (currently usp labs fat burner but cracks me out a bit)

This I go back to when others fail me

If you take it all the time indefinitely, there's no "cycle".

I don't personally take anything that actually needs to be cycled, so, everything I take is full time year round. The only variation is with stimulants.

The particulars on the list do sometimes change, but not often.

Creatine monohydrate 5g daily
Fish Oil, 2-3g combined EPA/DHA per day (Orange Oximega fish oil)
Protein Powder as needed to hit macro (all the proteins)
Multi/Joint (Orange Triad)
Caffeine (pre workouts and energy drinks)
Ashwgandha (KSM-66)
Curcumin (BCM-95)
l-citrulline
Flexatril (in the past I've used Genoflex or another cissus prodcut here but for now I'm on Flexatril)

Usually
Orange Health IQ
Vitamin D3 (2k IU - 5k IU)

Occasionally
Sleep aids. I have long used melatonin some nights and once a week I take a heavy hitter with a large dose of phenibut, something like Fade Out or just take my bulk phenibut and theanine and melatonin. Have some Somatomax to try too but haven't yet. Sometimes it's OL Amnesia now, been Animal PM and other various sleep supps along the way as well.

For me really the only supps I take year round non stop are multi and fish oil. Everything else I use on and off pretty much.

none, even multi's....theres usually a week each year where I come off of everything

for example, this year I went to Jamaica, I didn't take any supplements with me, not a multi, no creatine, nothing.....even if I didn't take a vacation it's something I've been doing for a years now, just randomly stop everything for a week or so

Multi vitamin: I love CL Orange Triad or various whole food multis here and there
Fish oil

Red and greens (Chaos and Pain Gaia, CL, and Trader Joe’s)
Apple cider vinegar (drink around meals)
Digeestive enzymes with meals
CL Health IQ

Vitamin D3, C, Selenium, Lugol's Iodine, Fish Oil, Olive Leaf Extract, Probiotics, Zinc/Copper. About 15 years now.

Almost 39, look like a college dude. No bs. I get everyone on my health kick and they start to see reverse aging effects.

For a pump or for nutrition or for health?

I take fish oil, coq10, k2, MSM, and arginine for health

I take protein isolate, D3, E, and a multivitamin for nutrition

For performance/pump I take Beet juice, Creatine, Arginine, ALCAR, Carnitine, Karbolyn, Beta Alanine, Citrulline, Agmatine, and 100mg DHEA (unless on something better)

I think one area a lot of people over look is joint health. Most people take supplements for this and that but ignore joint health.

Personally I enjoy SNS Joint support Xt along side my staples such as a multi, creatine, beta alanine, etc.

Love the pumps on agmatine. I’ve been using Agamitine xt caps. I can’t stand the taste of the powder.

I have gotten used to the powder taste, but my girlfriend hates it as well. I just get a mouthful of water and toss in a scoop, swish around, and swallow.

What effects does black seed oil have?
It's said to have some general health benefits, reduce inflammation, high blood pressure, boost immune system, etc.

I mainly use it since I use Kratom daily, it keeps tolerance low and helps prevent withdrawal when I take breaks.

Have your tried the SNS joint support Xt ? It goes amazing with the cissus
