What supplements do you cycle indefinitely and what supps do you take all year round?

Fish oil and cod liver oil alternating
Multi, on and off, different brands
Creatine obviously
L-dopa for good sleep and libido
Tongkat ali for a test boost
Ashwaghanda for stress
Starflower for anxiety
5htp/St Johns in winter when depressed
Lecithin for cholesterol (proven by my 2.4 ratio score)
something with yohimbine in it for motivation/low energy (currently usp labs fat burner but cracks me out a bit)
This I go back to when others fail me
