What's everyone have in their pre/during/post workout NP shaker?

I got 25 g WMS, 10 g Glutamine, 3 g CEE, 3 RPM, 1 PSlin, 4 caps Generic Labz BCAA-EE and some

I guess I'm still in the stone ages.

Pre - usually a banana 30 minutes prior. 7g BCAA - I don't put the banana in the shaker though.
(some supplement that I'm logging or taking. Recently was IGF-2, now I'm doing a Drive / RPM combo platter.)
During - 7g BCAA plus 15g WMS
Post - 40g WMS, 15g dextrose, 7g BCAA, 25g whey protein
 
Pre: 4 RPM, 4 NeoVar, 1.5gr Tyrosine, 5gr Glutamine

During: 3 scoops poseidon + 10gr Glutamine

Post: 5gr Glutamine, 40gr Protein, 55gr Oats, 4 NeoVar

Working nicely, but I dont have an NP shaker yet. I'll grab one when I put my order in.

Isn't that a bit too much Glutamine there, Distilled?

Pre:35g protein, 5g Glutamine, 10g BCAA, tsp CEE

Is it pre or post workout?
If it's post, 25g carbs is that all you take after your workout? and no protein?
I'm asking because I was thinking of changing my PWO drink. I'm thinking of something 'light' after training for exemple 25g WMS + 30-40 whey + some other ingredients and then having a complete but not heavy meal 45-47 minutes later. Do you think it would work with such low quantity of carbs in my PWO shake?
 
1 scoop SWELL 2 scoops BLAST for preworkout and 2 scoops SWELL 1 scoop Poseidon for post workout along with 30 grams of Whey Isolate. :thumbsup:

1 and a half hour pre: protein shake (as welll as drive)
30minutes pre: 2 grams ba, 2 scoops xtend, smash
immediately post: 70g WSM, 2 grams ba, 2 scoops xtend
25-30 min post: protein shake
 
To clarify,

Preworkout I take 4 caps Generic Labz BCAA-EE, 1 PSLin

During I sip on WMS with the glutamine and creatine AFterwards.........NEWSFLASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!


I really don't worry about a whey shake right away:banned:

I'll have about 50 grams of whey within an hour or so, but if I don't, not a big deal. I worry about my other meals during the day moreso.
 
Pre workout:
P-Slin
...20mins later...
Shake with 1.5cups of ground oats, 2 scoops of TP Whey Isolate, 12.5g NP BCAAs

During:
4 scoops Xtend

Post:
1/3 cup ground oats, 1 scoop TP Whey Isolate

...then within the hour I eat a whole meal (Anabolic Pump, Fish Oil, Glucosamine and Multi taken 15 minutes prior to this meal)
 
Pre- Drive & Leviathan
During- Crystal Light/Poseidon/45g Kwick Karb/5g Luecine
Post - 40g Whey&Cassein blend/ 3/4 cp oats -NEOVAR
 
Pre: 4 RPM/3 IntraXCell
During: IntrAbolic
Post: 5g Bulk L-Leucine (NP), ON 100% Whey (purchased from NP)


:squat:
 
Pre: Drive/RPM, Pslin, DCP, WMS, Swell, Xtend
During: Poseidon,Xtend, WMS
Post: Whey/ Cassein Blend with ground oats
 
Pre 25 grams whey protein in skim with about 60 grams of complex carbs from a whole grain carb source

post 35 grams whey protein in skim with 20 gram simple carbs and around 50 gram complex carbs from a whole grain source
