Def xtend and beta alanine. Dont need eaas during exercise. Bcaa are more anabolic. Plus you need to take beta alanine everyday.
Only take xtend everyday if cutting or want extra proteins.
So xtend pre and during workout.
beta alanine before workouts and also taken everyday. The tingle sensation will dissipate within a week.
I've been using Xtend, but ordered some Core ABC yesterday and will be giving that a go. I still have half my Xtend yet, so I'll be using both for a while.
BA and CM already mixed in makes it one less step than mixing in the bulk BA.
