Why ? This is the most overrated side in fat loss on the market today, especially for a disciplined athlete. I am not saying a little is a bad thing. If you do get a lot of suppresion from a product however you better know your cal intake to the letter or your going to lose mass. I always try to avoid heavy suppresion as being in tune with my body is of the utmost importance, especially when it's changing.
