What to drink during workout

Hey everyone..i actually have another question! This one is about my during workout drink. It looks like this.

1 scoop size on
10 grams bcaa
10 grams eaa
5 grams leucine
5 grams glutamine
3 grams Citrulline malate
3 grams beta alanine
1 scoop poseidon
1 capsule ginger root

My question is this, should i add ingredients or lower the dosages of anything? Should i drop the size on for WMS? Thanks a lot!
 
That looks like a fun mix you got going there. Personally I don't see much use for dropping the Size On for WMS...unless you're looking to keep your wallet fatter. But others may have differing opinions. You could probably add some creatine mono with the WMS and be cheaper than the Size On (and they would last longer). Although Size On has other goodies.

damn do you really notice a difference drinking that during workout? I mean with a good diet and pre workout meal have you noticed a difference adding all that during workout? I just use good solid nutrition , planning pre workout meal for optimum nutritional benefit to hit beginning / during workout followed by pwo shake. Then shortly after a pwo meal. Thats a lot of supps...big difference for you?

i think he's got the extend covered with that bcaa/eaa and glut.

thats way to much imo...goo god man that must taste like soggy *******!

i'd do everything pre w/o except bcaa/eaa...scratch the extra leucine as it is part of both amino blends. size on you really can do whenever imo, but i am sure someone will say different.
 
IntrAbolic is STILL, the most complete intra-workout product on the market. If you want something with carbs [usually requires a 90+ minute workout] you can look into adding WMS to IntrAbolic or even grabbing some Intra-Aid from Universal.

Personally I think its a bit much. Wouldn't it make sense for YOU to play with the doses (meaning lowering them) to see what if any impact is noticed.

Yes! I follow a solid clean diet with well timed pre and post wo out meals, but I notice a difference intra workout when I take eaa's like leucine, Citrulline malate, beta alanine(currently I use purple wrath) vs. when I don't.
