Take them evenly spread out during the day (4-6 hours apart). If your dosing 4 or 5 caps, take them closer together. If your going to double up, take 2 caps pre workout, not in the morning.
I recommend just evenly spacing them out depending on what time you wake up and go to bed. For instance my schedule was like:
1 cap 5am
1 cap Pre workout (2pm)
1 cap with dinner (6pm)
