What supplement could I take to boost strength without needing a SERM?

So food and a healthy diet are not being replaced...? Hm I guess if they are , staples should suffice given that they would be paired up with a good workout plan, proper rest and a thorough look at your macros and kCals so they actually help you...

Thanks for any advice or information...

Well, I'd make sure your diet/exercise is in check.

Then I'd try DAA Powder by Serious Nutrition Solutions.

With our 150g tub, you'd be able to run for 50 days straight.

Just 3g/day, and it's about $20 for the DAA powder.

You should notice results about 12-14 days in!

It's truly a bad ass thing.

You could also Bulbine by SNS, should be at Nutra by next friday. :)

If you don't mind me asking...
How old are you? What does your diet & training look like? What other supplements have you tried?

This is some important information to have so we can offer you the best advice possible.

As others have already said. Creatine beta alanine caffeine. But your age and some other details will offer more of a insight.

Nothing good ol' creatine monohydrate couldn't do with a proper diet. Inbox me for any-more questions/advice!

I'm almost 19, been weight lifting for a few years. My diet isn't too strict right now but I try to get a lot of protein, take a multivitamin and fish oil... On average I go to the gym about 4-5 times a week, and I have just started doing sprints and stuff. I currently take combat protein powder, occasionally a little NO 2.0 and BCAA's and glutamine and also ZMA some nights. Also I have taken very small doses very spread out of Steel Crushers mints because of my age didnt want to mess with my hormones too much without enough knowledge. Hope this helps.

AX Creatine
SNS Beta-alanine
SNS COP
SNS Citrulline Malate
EC stack

I like the AX German Creatine :p...should I take COP too oO I think it would be overkill...

Also on this matter...at 19...don't take anything , maybe like coop said the natty staples, but DEFINITELY get your diet in PERFECT check , and start a solid workout program for beginners...some 5x5 , 5/3/1 , meat and potatoes...starting strength , take a pick you get it , and stick to it. At that age you don't need any hormonal natty supplement even..test levels are fine at that age (unless you are on trt which you are not i presume) Just train hard , eat big , sleep a lot...that yields FAR more gains than anything else at that age bro.

Try casein protein at night, you don't really need much at 19, when you say the steel crushers, are you talking about the Dymethaberry steel crushers??

Yeah...Casein protein is great , you can find it in real foods like Cottage Cheese , whole milk , Greek Yogurt , don't rely on powders and on supplements as a psychological crutch bro , they won't amount to anything anyway without a really good diet

Yeah, cottage cheese is a staple especially when im bulking...

Just had some actually haha , along with oatmeal :p! Delicious when bulking haha , specially since I can get the fatty kind when I'm bulking :p 2% only though

I eat my cottage cheese with pineapple for better flavor lol...

Yeah I eat cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, all natural peanut butter and stuff... I don't track my diet but generally eat pretty healthy and a lot

Creatine, natty test boosters (DAA, anabeta, etc), OTC AI's...

Agree with this, lots of options without having to jump into PHs/AAS

COP
Intimidate will STOMP over DAA.... strength went up a ton on my Deadlifts and presses in 8 weeks

creatine for sure,
Peak ATP as well

It wont be overkill IMO. While the benefits of COP are quite similar to the benefits of creatine and beta alanine supplementation, they are not exactly the same as their MOAs are not the same. This means their is a possibility of some "synergy" by taking all three (i.e possibly will get greater combined effects vs. taking them on their own)

Which natural test booster is most effective? And with higher test would i also need something to lower raised estrogen levels?

Not if you raise your test BY reducing estrogen!

Look into erase/erase pro

Why anyone is promoting anything hormonal to a 19 year old is beyond me...

Well, these are all natty suggestions so they work in rhythm with the body.

I didn't see anyone suggesting something like a pH.

Rather have someone tell him good suggestions then have him take something harmful.

I don't know what your definition of natty is, but it's irrelevant. His test levels are likely sky high, and estrogen levels are likely just as good. Telling him to take something like daa or an ai is silly and potentially harmful to a 19 year old...
