Upon Waking
1 Scoop ATW Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Whey

~1/2 cups oats + natty PB and skim milk
Lunch
Turkey Sandwhich on two pieces whole wheat bread
Afternoon
Sipped on 1 scoop -AS- with 2 scoops Watermelon Xtend added.
A couple hours after that I had a chicken breast. 2 Fish Oil Caps
Supper
2 eggs and chicken breast.
Night Time Snack
Protein Fudge
Before Bed
Skim Milk

Thoughts

Was not able to find a place to workout today :/. Looks like I will be on a three day break. The Anadraulic State was nice and cold and resfreshing today. Just sipped it throughout the afternoon. Once I get back to the gym I am gonna crush some weight! Tomorrow I will be away, not sure If I will have internet connection or not. I have managed to keep my diet clean. While the other guys go out to eat and bring stuff back to eat I have just bought some basics to keep me cleaned up. I really cant wait to get back into the gym and bring you guys some more feedback!

how much water did you mix it with while sipping on AS all afternoon? I want to find out whats the sweet spot.. I dont want to dilute it too much! tomorrow is my off day so I'll take some with me to work!

You could probably mix it with a gallon of water without diluting it to much I think thats what LG33 does....:wave2:
 
Well I had added the 2 scoops Xtend so it wasnt too diluted as far as sweetness. If I were taking one scoop I would probably add around 15oz. of water. 2 scoops I usually have around 28-32oz. of water.
 
but I bet he's doing 2 scoops... I can try that... sounds good, that will enforce me to drink at least 1 gallon ;)

I believe he is but I'm hittin up two scoops also in 8-12 ozs of water.....I think LG33 is also puttin in BC/EAA's also....

Yeah I am gonna try that then. Because I take it with alot of water and when I am done I feel all bloated and gassy. Since I am premixing it ill definitely try less water.

Agree with ya to much water makes me feel bloated too...but i think the little bit of foam that it makes also causes bloating....
 
Usually pre-mixing it in the fridge gets rid of the foam for me.
 
ya it gets rid of most of it but then i shake it again before drinkin an gets alittle foamy again...

I'll mix mine with half gallon of water, with in a few hours it'll be gone. that is what I would use.:thumbsup:.... what a video! where do you guys find this **** at!

I would use no more then 15-16oz of water, but thats me, thats my spot, never bloated or gassy... very glad AS is starting to do its thing for you, hope to start seeing some increases in lifts, once you get back bro!

Thoughts

I was pretty strict today on eating till the Wedding Rehearsal. Whew I ate alot and it was awesome!!!! Sipped on my AS and aminos throughout the day. Cant wait to get back in the gym!

1 scoop -AS- with 2 scoops xtend in low carb Venom Energy Drinnk to get me kickin.

Turkey Sandwich on roll and Roast beef sandwhich on roll. Baked lays and 1 mini kit kat.
Supper
FAIL! like 12 meatballs, 3 chicken strips, 1 sandwhich with roast beef and turkey, carrots, and cake.
Before Bed
1 scoop ATW Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein in skim milk.



Thoughts

Today was an epic fail on the diet lol. I went golfing at 6:30 in the morning then took pictures at the church for the wedding then I was in the wedding and the reception is what killed me! Hopefully tomorrow I will be hitting the gym again! I cannot wait!

Thoughts

Finally got into the gym today. My lunch for my diet was a little bad but other then that its time to get strict again. I dosed -AS- 30 minutes pre workout with two scoops and two scoops of Xtend. My chest felt a little weak but I was out of the gym for three days. My pump was really really good tho. Even my biceps were pumped lol. My vascularity was awesome! My endurance wasnt the best today but -AS- really delivered some great pumps and vascularity today. I felt some pretty good tingles from the BA in -AS-. I dont have any pictures today :/ sorry guys. I will be posting pictures still tho.

all my lifts were down from last week tho :/ it is so nice to be back in the gym.

I found the vasuclarity on AS really good! Also leaned me out well, good to see you're finding similar effects :)

Thoughts

I worked out a little earlier than normal today. Took 2 scoops -AS- and two scoops Xtend. This will be the last time I take two scoops at the same time. I had a really bad workout because I was bloated and gassy and almost dehydrated feeling. I have felt this way a little bit other times but never this bad. From now on I will probably be Dosing one scoop pre workout and one post and see how that goes for me. I dont want this to effect my workouts i want it to help it so I will try this for the mean time. Today was just a really bad workout. Nuff Said lol. It wasnt just the -AS's- fault either it was just an early morning. Moving forward tho! I felt hardly any DOMS in my chest which is good. So recovery is up!

Strange about the AS giving you gas, I never did:), and how you felt, why not try 1 scoop intra, this way you having something to sip on, either way :)

Maybe I will try it more pre----> Intra. That sounds like a better plan.
