Sorry guys i posted my question as reply in thread earlier. I just purchased DTH/Sunami. I am 29 very new to this supplement world. I am looking to just be really fit with healthy test levels and a raging libido. I also purchased novedex xt because i have been reading about the "evils" of estrogen lately. If you would tripdog would you give me a dosing protocol to best use these products for my goals. You seem to know alot man! Your advice would be great! Any stacks that would work best for this purpose????
 
There are a few ways to do things in your case but this is what I would do. As far as the DTH It seems the sweet spot for most is 3 or 4 a day split in three doses ( 2/1/1) is the most popular. I would start with 3 a day (1/1/1) to start and see how you respond. Expect a increase in agression, and sex drive. It becomes more profound as you continue to take it. Sunami is great used twice a day split (1/1). At first I would only take one in the morning and see how you respond, then u can add the second one after a few days.

As far as Anti estrogens go, they can def help to raise test levels by limiting neg feedback. They are best when used at night, and keep the dose low. The point is to lower estro, not eliminate it. Some use them every other day, or every third day with one dose at night. I wouldnt reccomend taking it every day. Try 3x a week to start.

This is my opinion and what I would do personally, good luck and have fun bro.
 
Good call on the Anti-E. I've recommended it to a few forum members, and the feedback I've gotten is positive on the use, but at a lower dose. One guy used 1cap Reversitol w/ last meal of day, and found the sweet-spot at 2, with no libido loss (He was on 3 DTH/day, new formula). Like Trip said, a low dose of Invalid Link Removed or Invalid Link Removed might be quite a nice combo.
 
ATD or Trione?

First guys thank you for answereing so quickly! Which one should I take ATD or Trione? How many exactly? (I need supplementing for dummies!) Do have the Novedex XT I bought it from GNC I can return it and get one of these if better. Or should I exchange it for 6 oxo. If I keep the novedex xt the recommended dosage is 2-4 caps, so should I take 2 every 3 days Trip? When I was on nutraplanet I seen they had a product made by nutraplanet called t-rez that looked really natural would it be a better choice? If so how should i take it lol! Sorry guys they are so much info out there it is confusing! Especially for a newbie! Well guys thanks again!

T-Rez is resveratrol, which while a great product isnt that good of an anti-E. You could try 2 caps of Novedex XT ED, or EOD (Every Other Day) and see if that is too much/just right. ATD is very powerful, and you would only need 1 cap (25mg) ED or EOD. ATD vs Trione (Bulk 6-oxo) is a personal preference. Some people get their libido knocked out by ATD.

I would just use the Novedex that you have, at a low dose. Either 2/1/2/1 , so 3 every 2 days, or just take 3 EOD. If you find your libido dropping, drop it to 1/1/1/1 etc
 
Yea just try the Nov XT that you have. Three every other day sounds like a good start to see what happens.

i would run DTH/sunami stack then novadex xt or vise versa.
 
How long?

Thanks again guys for all the help. How long should I take???? Or cycle, or what??? I am very wett behind the ears lol! Need all info I can get Chuck I read you prefer 6 oxo better? I will try it next time I order how would you stack it? The same like EOD or 1 a day? Also I think next time I am gonna purchase three kings stack!
