What is your favorite cheat meal?

The chocolate extreme blizzard was ok, it was missing something, maybe if had that marshmallow yummy gooey stuff, it would've been better...
 
I stopped eating any pies or cakes, because I decided to look at the calories one day. A slice of cheesecake could have up to 800 calories. O.o

Dont negate a food because of the caloric amount.
I can bet your not 2 weeks out from a show or a photoshoot, so tell me what a slice of cheesecake will do you who just enjoys lifting as a hobby?
not like we collect paychecks to go to the gym and eat X calories, that is not the case for 99% of us on here.

What is this moderation you talk about? Lol, I know. Im not big into sweet stuff so baked good don't really entice me...
 
Half marshmallow half pumpkin ice cream, butter finger, caramel andgrahm cracker pie crist coldstone....amazing, marshmallow and pumpkin together is too good
 
Then go enjoy a dinner out with a friend or family member

Or grab some donuts!

Haha just to clarify my maintenance calories are around 3200 to 3300 and my mass building calories are 3400 to 3700. Cheese cake here I come!

That's crazy! Omg! There's this delicious raspberry lemon cake that's worth every calorie. It contains raspberry, lemon, and cream cheese!

I just made some badass pumpkin chocolate chop cookies, piggin out before I start my leptin reset Monday, 10 days under 50g carbs not looking forward to it lol
 
Yeah but the recipe makes 60 cookies or so most of which will be going to work with my wife

What did that look like when it was done?

He hollowed out some loaves of bread and filled them, added cheese, baked it longer. I didnt get a picture but it was interesting to say the least

Am i the only one who prefers whole food over protein bars?

You cant get the same taste as a 12 oz steak slathered in a garlic butter sauce with a loaded potato on the side along with wing sauce marinade shrimp in a bar of any kind.

I prefer whole foods.

Home made rolled oat,honey chocolate protein bars covered in flax seeds however are pretty damn good.

Solution, i love pumpkin! can you give us that Pumpkin Chili recipe?

1 small yellow onion, chopped, chopped
1 green bell pepper, cored, seeded and chopped
2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 pound ground white or dark meat turkey
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, with their liquid
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin purée
1 cup water
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
Ground black pepper, to taste
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained

Topped with Shredded Cheese after serving (this makes 8 servings)
