What is your favorite cheat meal?

Recipe for the delicious gluten-free pumpkin bread I told you guys about a couple weeks ago:

3 cups sugar
1 cup oil
3 eggs
2/3 cup water
1-15oz can pumpkin puree
3 cups gluten free flour (I used "Pamela's all purpose gluten-free flour" which is found in the GF section)
2 tsp cinnamon
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350
Combine sugar, oil, eggs. Then add pumpkin and water, stir until combined. In a separate bowl, add all the dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture slowly, combine until smooth. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake for 75 minutes or until done
 
I tried baking once... The cookies were hard as a rock and people used them as frisbees.. :/

I don't remember, this was years ago. Lol, I think I forgot to add eggs or something. My sister makes fun of me because I can't bake or cook like her. :(

Don't feel bad. before I got outa college all I knew was mac and cheese and the microwave when it came to cooking but I've become quite the chef when I was paying off loans. You learn cooked food is cheaper than 3 million lean pockets and a couple hundred bags of frozen veggies. Tastier and healthier too. Alas that was almost 3 years ago now. Im making roast today haha!

You should not be using many eggs in Cookies, its mostly butter/1-2 eggs and the flour/mix-ins.

No eggs would be a disaster haha

Ill stick to not knowing how to bake, so I won't get chunky again. Lol

Baking is easy and can make TONS of low calorie things, and also kill cravings when dieting. Its not a bad tool to know. Plus for holidays it may be wise to bake for friends/family for occasions.

I would highly consider just watching some youtube videos of basic recipes. once you know how to bake one thing you just adjust the temp and ingredients for the recipe. So simple.

Speaking of baking....

Wife got some cinnamon graham cracker muffin mix, added some Cellucor cinnamon swirl icing to make a pretty tasty cupcake out of it

I love IHOP for the pancakes and coutry fried steak lol... To bad I've heard some really bad things about the one in my area :(

Seasonal wise --> Egg Nog were good and i hate egg nog

Infact im buying some pumpkin spice and ginger to add to some freshly brewed green tea outa my god send k-cup maker. Mite add cinnamon.

Also thinking of grinding up pumpkin seeds and mixing with my home made breading and baking some chicken or pork loin roast.


Ever try pumpkin pie filling as a substitute for tomato sauce/ketchup on your meatloaf? Try it.

Pumpkin is so UNDERRATED!

I stopped eating any pies or cakes, because I decided to look at the calories one day. A slice of cheesecake could have up to 800 calories. O.o
 
Just finished, bacon cheese burger combo, and a s'mores blizzard, and chocolate extreme blizzard(M), from DQ, ..with a diet Pepsi , ha...
