Hey solution just had a quick question for ya. How beneficial do you think the cheat meal actually is? Is it necessary for building quality mass on a lean bulk or just a cut? Also how often do you recommend having the cheat meal? Sorry for all the questions but I'm developing fat fear which I know can hinder gains. Just wanna hear from someone who's experienced hoping it might allow me to enjoy food. Mind you right now I am eating 3250 calories at 35 % fat 35% protein and 30% carbs (I'm carb sensitive) and its all clean with plenty of veggies, probiotic cultures, mostly organic and I'm still sitting at 170 lbs utilizing high intensity training and my weight stays the same. Should I do a cheat meal or just keep increasing cals?
 
Easy, 4 egg Spinach and bacon Omlette with a a stack of pancakes, regular maple syrup. Never dissatisfied :)

Not actually burnt, it's smoke that's permeated the skin. Plus the whole shoulder was soaking in soy sauce based brine for two days. It's basically smoked red cooked pork. One of the greatest things the Chinese ever came up with.

Ahhhh... I'm kinda picky so anything I don't recognize, I won't eat. I won't eat while watching animals on TV and I won't eat anything too strong. I won't eat a steak if it tastes too much like a cow. Lol weird, I know!!

They came out perfect, with a great fluffy consistency, and tasting amazing. I just winged these post-workout this morning. All the pancake ingredients were combined in my Nutribullet, which blended everything into a nice batter. It will grind up anything completely, so there wasn't a trace left of the oats after a few seconds. The frosting, additional cinnamon sprinkled on top, and a small amount of WF syrup really set them off.
 
We shall see. Picked up 2 for post workout tonight.

If you are expecting the donut to taste like Mrs. Smith's pumkin pie you will be disappointed. It's not bad but it wasn't quite what I expected.

A new guy brought in donuts at work and I mistakenly took it thinking it was an apple crumb lol... It wasn't bad but definitely not what I expected.

Don't think i've ever had blueberry cake. Apple crumb is my favorite at the moment but it's hard to find. Dossant sounds like something perfect for a breakfast sandwich :D

Alrighty, just finished up pumpkin pie donut. Not too bad. Wouldn't purchase again but I was craving pumpkin. Added in a heaping tablespoon of slow churned pumpkin patch ice cream too. Nom nom nom.

was given a loaf of some off the charts pumpkin bread tonight..was thinking cinnamon ice cream or some sort of a pumpkin type. yours sounds pretty tasty i must say :)
 
Homegirl at my gym made me some gluten free chocolate chip pumpkin bread last week... she told me not to get mad, and that it might not be good because it was gluten free...... needless to say I at the whole plate in less than 24 hours...BANGIN

1 Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bar
1/2 cup gluten free oats
220g egg whites

1/4 scoop Milk Chocolate OxyELITE Protein

All of the pancake ingredients were put in a Nutribullet to make the batter. The Nutribullet is key for a good batter, as it completely liquefies the oats, Quest Bar, or anything else that you put in it. The frosting was mixed in bowls with a spoon.


I got the idea to add a Quest bar to the batter after blending one up to make ice cream in my Nutribullet (it was awesome). It was a fantastic idea, as these were ridiculous. I'll be making all kinds of OxyELITE Protein/Quest pancakes going forward. Next up is Vanilla Ice Cream OxyELITE Protein/White Chocolate Raspberry Quest with a Vanilla OEProtein/raspberry frosting (1/2 cup raspberries, 1/4 scoop protein mixed in Nutribullet). I can't wait to try Apple Pie, Cinnamon Roll, Mixed Berry Bliss, and Vanilla Almond Crunch as well.
 
Jumbo Shrimp with fresh garlic and salted butter rapped in foil and tossed on the BBQ cooked around 350 for 20 min or so.
 
This is a great post to be a first post on here for me! I'm going with Pizza, and a stuffed cookie sandwich from the cookie factory (if you've never had one of these cookie sandwiches you are missing out)!
