Your chicken Parmesan looks amazing.
Thats why they call me chef bob. Made with a special sauce added a few extra things to an original pasta sauce to enhance the flavoring and give it an orange look.

Thank you. I am off to the grocery store.
Lol I just can't get dorrito crusted chicken tenders out of my head... I'm definitely going to have to try that in the near future.

Wow. Just wow. Those smores cupcakes look so good right about now!
If you make any cupcake or brownie or pancake look into metabolic powder. It'll waste a good amount of calories block some fat production and shift metabolism to fatty acid oxidation and glucose storage.

NutraPlanet will have it for the 4th of July sale

Your chicken parm looks like my mom's and that must be pretty damn good. Can you please post the recipe on this thread so we all can try this one? I think that chicken parm is a great cheat meal bc of the calories it has and it really has a good amount of protein as well. Thanks for posting this. Also post the cals and nutrition profile for the chicken parm as well.

Do you add any mayo to the tuna? That would have been a lot faster than cooking them up lol.

Watched my brother in law do an experiment last night that made me wish I was on a cheat day, and bulking. A dessert panzarotti, deep fried and stuffed full of marshmallows and mashed Reese cups/caramilk bars.
100% also the reason he is extremely overweight lol but I still wanted some

I winged it, haha. :) Basically:

1 can tuna or albacore drained. (you could probably also used canned chicken)
1 tblsp chopped onions
1 tblsp chopped green peppers (or you could use celery)
1 whole egg
~2 servings of Pork Rinds
1 tblsp egg white/egg subsitute
salt, pepper, paprika, any seasonings you desire, to taste
(opt) 1-2 tblsp grated parmesan
1 tblsp EVOO

First, drain tuna and put in bowl. Add seasonings, egg, egg white/subsitute, any other veggies, and grated parm (optional). Mix together. Put aside. Crush pork rinds finely onto a plate. This is the messy part. Take a palm full of the tuna mixture and roll into ball. Carefully place tuna cake in the crushed pork rinds, pat down into small patty, coating both sides. Do this with the rest of the mixture. Makes 3 tuna cakes. Heat pan with 1 tablespoon EVOO on medium-high heat. Use spatula to scoop each piece into the hot pan and cook until brown on the bottom. Flip over and continue cooking until brown on both sides. Eat. Profit.

One of the best
I picked up a Wegmans Pint today -- Scrapin the Bowl -- Vanilla/Chocolate with Cookie Dough and Brownies..

Lets see how it racks up vs Steves, Graeters, Jenni's, 2nd street etc.
