dmae is an antioxidant, im big on antioxidants because my body takes a toll with football. why should i lose the creatine mono and AAKG? theyve always kinda been staples for me. and goslamacamel, how could ALA take over for vitamin C and vitamin E?
I think im gonna go with the stack below, ive talked to some people and heard good things about it. I will though keep the creatine, cit malate and AAKG and the aminos (taurine, BCAA). Anyone have anything to add? The only question i have is will this stack regulate my estrogen adequatly?
-X factor 50 days: 5 pills a day, on the xfactor diet
-2 Bottles of Mass fx: 2 pills pre and 2 pills post workout!
-2 Bottles of Alpha drive xl: 1 pill with massfx (1 pre and 1 post with massfx) then 1 in either the morning or at night.

haha thanks man, the only problem now will be paying for this stack, i wish i could get a sponsor. But on the aakg, we have been learning about it in my bio class. they say it makes the smooth muscle in arteries and veins relax allowing a greater volume of blood to be in venules and arterioles and therfore go into ure capillary beds (biceps, legs, chest) This increase in blood will hopefully alow more RBC's get to your cells and therefore more oxygen. I dunno thats what the prof told us.

DMAE is not an antioxidant per se. But it will increase ach which is nec. for something like football.
U can keep the creatine.
ala cant take over for vit. c or E, but ala recycles vit. c and e so use it with those. Vit c is water soluble and vit e is fat soluble so they protect dif. parts of the body.
u cant take mass fx for 50 days though i dont think.
Therefore extra vitamin C is wasted money producing expensive urine, and extra vitamin E is a potentially damaging excess if you have a decent multi already.
ALA owns vitamin C and E though, for the record.
Don't know a lot about DMAE, but I know it's good for synapse response or nerve growth. Maybe some type of adaptogen?
