Looks a little overcomplete. If you have a good multi, you could knock out half those little supplements.

DTH causes hair growth.

To the thread starter, alot of test boosters are evaluated at mega doses or stacked with 2 or 3 other products, DTH stands alone with good results ran by itself.

I don't know, but I'm getting NOW Adam on my next order. Seems really badass for a multi. I don't know what you're doing with all the antioxidants, I think if you have the ALA in there you don't need to do all the vitamin c and e dosing. But maybe you're experimenting a bit.

dmae is an antioxidant, im big on antioxidants because my body takes a toll with football. why should i lose the creatine mono and AAKG? theyve always kinda been staples for me. and goslamacamel, how could ALA take over for vitamin C and vitamin E?

I like the DMAE, Creatine mono, and ALA.
If you have a good multi, the vitamin e and c are just extras unless you're doing something out of the ordinary with megadoses or whatever.
The ALA I believe is a much better antioxidant than c and especially e. The e is just a mediocre antioxidant (with like 2000 daily i.u., which is a lot) with too many blood thinning properties.
With the C, you should be getting all you need from a multi and juice.
The AAKG may be worth it, I don't know. I always thought it was more of an aesthetic supplement for pumps.

Oh yeah, screw the glucosamine unless you're sentimentally attached to it. Bulk Cissus quadrangularis is way better if your body is taking a beating.
 
im a first timer...so are these "test boosters" do u have to do any bloodwork and does ur balls get smaller, suicidal depression, and do u have to cycle off most of this stuff...i dont wanna be losing my hair and have bad acne:confused:
 
u dont have to get blood work, but it would be nice. your balls dont get smaller because your body is still producing test, just more. There is no suicidal depression i dont think unless there are other issues at hand. You do have to cycle on and off of it dependent upon what the company suggests. I cant say i have lost any hair, but u do notice an increase in acne

the reason i had said dont use creatine is because i have herad it will mess with the effectiveness of the xfactor.( i dont know if its true, but why take the chance you can always use it right after) the ala will mess with effectiveness of the xfactor. you can keep the all the other amino's if you want, i only said to take out the aakg because i find nitrous oxide boosters to be useless and over rated. there is no info on if they really help with building muscle.

yes, this will be ok for your estrogen. Remamber you dont want to get rid of estrogen, ur body needs it for many things, one of which is building muscle!

other then that your stack looks great. I couldnt of done a better job myself, oh wait i did.... lol

But on the aakg, we have been learning about it in my bio class. they say it makes the smooth muscle in arteries and veins relax allowing a greater volume of blood to be in venules and arterioles and therfore go into ure capillary beds (biceps, legs, chest) This increase in blood will hopefully alow more RBC's get to your cells and therefore more oxygen. I dunno thats what the prof told us.

how should i dose the 2 bottles of mass fx? im 220.

IMO, i would take 2 caps in the morning, 1 cap massfx with 1 cap alpha drive pre-workout, and 1 cap massfx with 1 cap alpha drive post-workout. then 1 cap alpha drive at night.

that should be good.
 
How does DTH cause hair growth?

Im not quite sure, I know when people use it their hair grows faster. Must have something to do with DTH. People always report they have to shave 2-3x as often and their hair on their body grows faster.

I know when ur a teenager and you go through puberty your hair starts to grow faster when ur test levels rise so Im guessing its the same.

Nettle and anti-estogen products dont really do that because high dose nettle products dont nec. increase nat test production, just unbinds test. Anti-estrogen products increase test by reducing estrogen.
 
they have DIM on bb.com, how much do i need and when?

DIM is abosorbed really poorly, but u would need about 200mg 3x a day with meals.

I'd be interested in TTE and DTH vs HX2 and Mass FX Max Strength that would be a great comparison.

HX2 is kinda grey area natty though, due to 6-bromo not being legal in some natty BBing organizations.

Other than that comparison I would think tte+dth would have no rivals.

yep most people that have had their estodiol level tested on DTH always came back under 20 (15 and below is 2 low), when they were 40 and up before Diesel Test.

Its because there is alot of DIM in Diesel Test. It reduce estrodiol but its not an anti-aromatase estrogen killer.
 
i though you said DIM doesnt absorb well? should it be stacked with something that more effectively controls estrogen?

U can keep the creatine.

ala cant take over for vit. c or E, but ala recycles vit. c and e so use it with those. Vit c is water soluble and vit e is fat soluble so they protect dif. parts of the body.

i think ill buy two bottles and run it for like 5 weeks at 6 caps. Ive read that the x factor doesnt kick in for a week or two so ill take the mass fx for the last thirty or so days of the stack.

Theres nothing expensive about vit c, what are u talking about?

Thats not the way to look at antioxidants, esp. C, E and ALA.

DMAE is a methyl doner and increases ach.
