I keep seeing "fish oil" pop up on these forums for weight lifting. What does it do? Thanks....

yea i was thinking the same, very specific statement and not backed that much.
They are GREAT for heart health/cardiovascular wellness.
I take about 10 caps a day or just up my fish intake, Tuna and Tilapia are great for it, also great during dieting.
Almonds are my new favorite stack too....hmmmm great to fill you up some and minimal carbs.

i usually take a load of almonds to work. I'll munch on them now and again. Usually i'll have a load in my mouth (no homo) when a customer will come up wanting served so i gotta chew real fast![]()
