What is fish oil good for bodybuilding?

Rich in EFAs which are necessary, not only for BBers, but people in general. These can only be gotten through diet/supplementation.

Well it's not that easy, but it does offer a wide variety of health benefits. Do some searching around here and you'll find that when incorporated into a healthy diet and training regimen it may help you towards your goals. I would say that it is a great way to get healthy fats, which are not only essential for muscle building, but a good source of calories if you take enough. 5-10g a day and some people mega dose it 15g+ but that can get pricey, while some just take a gram or two a day. Either way seem you can't go wrong as it will offer some benefits. As I said search around and see which dosage fits you best. I beleive nutraplanet has bulk fish oil so you may wanna check them out.
 
Caps are an easy way of taking it. But if you want a higher dosage the liquid would be better. I hate the taste of the liquid though and it gives you the nasty fish burps :( Think i'll just have to man up and stop being such a pussy cause i've got two full bottles down stairs!

yea i was thinking the same, very specific statement and not backed that much.

They are GREAT for heart health/cardiovascular wellness.
I take about 10 caps a day or just up my fish intake, Tuna and Tilapia are great for it, also great during dieting.

Almonds are my new favorite stack too....hmmmm great to fill you up some and minimal carbs.

i usually take a load of almonds to work. I'll munch on them now and again. Usually i'll have a load in my mouth (no homo) when a customer will come up wanting served so i gotta chew real fast :(

Nice catch that would have been a good one. I'm taking abour 6 grams of fish oil ed right now and within he first couple days i noticed much improvement with my anxiety and my mood. Definitely a staple for me from now on.
