What Improves Endurance Besides Beta-Alanine?

Its not without a few faults, but it is very comprehensive.

This sums it up nicely. It's a great resource for beginners, but if you're an advanced supplement user who stacks things for synergy and tries to maximize the use of 5+ supplements, it isn't an authority by any means. Their ability to compile data supercedes their understanding of the data's physiological context

You already know Im gonna say Follidrone but with endurance playing such a large role in every users review it cant be denied.

Also my personal experience is Ldopa. 99%.
50mg daily makes a huge difference in my endurance at the gym.

THere are some other good additions.....Ill be talking about them more in the near future ;)

Thanks for tuning in, Brundel. Follidrone is something I am excited to try, but it will take time till we get it here, in the far part of Europe. At least by then, I would have hopefully finished cutting and would enjoy some really nice gains with it.

L-dopa @50 mg is very cheap to run, so I will definitely try it.

Outside of Follidrone, the only thing that has even come close for me is potassium nitrate. A stack with Folli is coming up for me.
