I just feel sad as heck.
I know theres very many variables.
But in general what supplement can help?
Besides for 5htp (made me worse) L-dopa (Already take it) Magnesium Glycinate (only good for sleep for me) and L theanine (doesnt help depression) Ashwagandha (doesnt help)
Any suggestions
