What do i do when im off prime/powerfull???

In about 4 weeks ill be done with my 10 week strength program and i would have been on prime and powerfull for close to 3 months so im thinking its time to cycle off so my body doesn't get too accustomed to the products.

I was thinking about two months(let my joints heal up from the weight) then ill hit up another 10 week heavy powerlifting program using prime and powerfull as may extra push to put up that extra 5lbs.

My question is....what the heck do i take while im off my super supps? Should i just stick to jack3d pre-lift and stick with staple supps? What is the more intelligent route of action and what will produce the safest long term gains?

And if there are other reliable supps i should look into while im between cycling prime and powerfull, i would greatly appreciate a nudge in the right direction.
 
Yah just find something you like to bridge with. I am going to give DTHC a try for 4 weeks then back on the Prime.

looks like a pretty intense natural test booster. I really dont think i need one of those since im 22 and im guessing my levels are high enough. Im gonna run some blood tests soon for a full physical and ill ask the doc to check my levels, but im pretty sure im well within a healthy lifting range.

any other suggestions?

Good luck trying to convince him your need your T levels checked...

Don't know how far off Jacobs new product is but it sounds intense...
 
BB...yeah i hear that doctors dont like testing for them willy nilly. I got a friend who got his T levels checked so im gonna ask how did he go about that. I gotta try at least.

how is that stack treating u...i was thinking about recreate and vat attack to help me drop some fat...but i dont know too much about vat attack yet

Well it's an amazing stack and I am training like an animal. There is no way I could take on the routine I am doing right now without the supps, not at the kind of intensity I have been getting.
 
I would look into a creatine product since you don't want a natural test booster and that seems to be a solid basic addition that you don't use. Possibly an antioxidant to clear your system out as well.

DW, are u on a cut or bulk? recomp? i read recreate was no good unless ur on a caloric deficit

More of a cut/recomp for me. I don't really lose weight but I lose plenty of fat. When I use these products correctly I retain a lot of mass and get stronger while fat melts away. Results are bigger and leaner.
 
How about nothing? You could give your body a one or two week break from everything. Just rely on food, exercise, and sleep. Bridge after the break. 2c :)
 
yeah ive been honestly considering that silver. Im looking into getting some solid vit/min/anti-ox to clean out my system real well. I was thinking of taking 2 months off of the prime/powerfull before using it again.

Product im looking at:
Resveratrol extract, green tea extract, metrx arsenal multi, l-carnitine, forskolin, ALA, sesamin, and supercissus bulk

Products i may use will off:
Jack3d(still on only a scoop pre-workout), Vat attack

Any suggestions/comments?
 
I'm not familiar with Prime and PowerFull (I have some but have not used it yet), so I really don't know if there is a PCT concept to them.

Based on what I've learned from the awesome people here at AM, based on your heavy lifting program, I would suspect supercissus bulk and fish oil would be needed - you could consider fish oil as food :) I would not add anything else... perhaps some vitamin C if you start feeling run down. Assuming you're eating "right" your meals should contain enough nutrients which negate the need for vitamin supplementation.

I'm not a trainer or nutritionist, so don't take my recommendation too seriously as it is simply based on what I would do if I were to take a break from things, and if needed, keep supplements to a bare minimum, which is where the cissus and fish oil come in.

Whatever you decide, enjoy your break and get re-charged - you have another program coming up after the break :) :whip:
 
Thanks! Im already using fish oil so all i need to add is the cissus.

Im still looking into those products and the list will probably narrow down with time.

And from what ive read here on AM the PCT with prime/powerful to my understanding is just to keep the me from developing a tolerance to the products. If im wrong please correct me.

If your going to eat a human ... make it a vegatarian. At least they eat what food eats...:food:
 
i dont believe in discrimination according to diet, race, religion, etc....only weakness....you know those who are perpetually weak morons with no desire to improve themselves? Those that put the same 25lbs on each side of the bar and say they work out for reps and tone? And THEN dare to correct your form, intensity, or routine when you put 405 on the bench hit your chest and bring that sh*t back up?.....those idiots i will make my prey!!! If they are vegetarians...well so be it...if they eat meat....then its more meat for us the real lifters trying to make some gains.
